Lead FP&A activities including planning, forecasting, and financial modeling. Partner cross-functionally on budgets, analyze results, prepare reports and KPIs for leadership, streamline processes, and support ad-hoc strategic initiatives to drive profitability and growth.

Lead and manage a multidisciplinary engineering group (AI, full‑stack, AIOps, QA, data). Own delivery, planning, prioritization, risk management, people development, and alignment to business outcomes.

Own day-to-day bookkeeping and end-to-end accounting processes including AP, reconciliations, journal entries, month/quarter/year-end close, and general ledger maintenance across multiple entities. Support audits, intercompany transactions, internal controls, and drive process improvements and automation initiatives while partnering with cross-functional teams.
