The Controller leads the accounting function, overseeing the general ledger, financial close, US GAAP reporting, audits, tax compliance, internal controls, and complex inventory, revenue, lease, and intercompany accounting. The role manages AP, AR, payroll accounting, cash reconciliations, and NetSuite processes; partners with FP&A and leadership; develops accounting staff; and improves scalable, audit-ready procedures.

Designs and maintains scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, analytics platforms, and data infrastructure. Collaborates with Product, BI, Sales, and other teams to deliver integrated data solutions. Owns the data lifecycle, implements quality checks and governance, monitors performance, resolves data issues, and applies GenAI and AI-assisted tools to improve engineering productivity and automation.

Leads delivery, installation, maintenance, and lifecycle service operations across fleet, rental, or dealership verticals. Manages field service teams, vendors, capacity planning, resource allocation, safety, quality, SLAs, KPIs, and operational costs. Partners with Sales and Implementation to validate commitments and develop executable plans. Drives on-time delivery, first-time fixes, installation targets, vendor performance, and corrective actions across distributed field operations.
