Processes vendor and claim invoices, reviews expense reports, prepares travel per diems, maintains vendor and rent records, researches payment issues, manages check voids and reissues, and supports unclaimed property filings. The role also handles vendor and customer inquiries, invoice distribution, data entry, corrections, and other accounts payable projects while maintaining accurate, high-volume records.

Supports treasury operations through cash flow forecasting, liquidity analysis, daily cash positioning, debt facility management, payment execution, bank account audits, covenant compliance, and cash movement reporting. The role also maintains treasury policies, identifies cost savings and process automation opportunities, manages banking relationships, and supports strategic projects. Advanced Excel skills, financial modeling experience, and familiarity with treasury or finance are required.

Coordinates pre-employment background checks and drug testing, monitors screening completion, communicates with candidates, verifies personal information, maintains records in Workday and spreadsheets, processes additional screening packages, troubleshoots drug screens, escalates issues, generates reports, and supports compliance with employment screening laws.

Leads strategy, roadmaps, financial performance, and evolution of a regulated, safety-critical service line. Translates customer, market, regulatory, and competitive insights into scalable offerings while monitoring KPIs, margins, quality, safety, and customer outcomes. Partners with Finance, Operations, Technology, Data, Sales, and Account Management to drive capability development, business cases, launches, and service improvements. The role is remote with approximately 50% nationwide travel.
