Coordinates day-to-day administration of a multi-state, community-based research study. Provides operational guidance to research personnel, coordinates training and communications, monitors study activities, and supports reports, presentations, and dissemination materials while ensuring compliance with study protocols and sponsor requirements.

Build and deploy production-ready agentic AI workflows for healthcare operations and research. Responsibilities include developing API-driven workflows, integrating multimodal data, implementing retrieval and grounding controls, validating reliability, and designing AI agents with human safeguards. The role collaborates with clinicians, researchers, engineers, and operational stakeholders to deliver secure, measurable AI solutions that improve clinical processes and patient outcomes.

Perform event IT/AV setup, teardown, delivery, and inventory management for the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. Install TVs, temporary audio systems, phone lines, and access points; assist with cable runs and small facility IT/AV projects. Support event staging, warehouse equipment movement, and provide customer service during events.
