Manage Salesforce CRM data, gift processing, gift agreement drafting, stewardship and donor recognition, and produce fundraising reports and dashboards. Ensure accurate donor records, timely acknowledgments, and support annual giving programs and development operations.

Manage day-to-day operations of an NIH-funded clinical trial enrolling stroke survivors: participant recruitment, scheduling, data collection/entry/verification, visit coordination, staff training, and communications. Oversee laboratory resources, procurement, inventory control, and safety. Maintain complete research records and ensure compliance with federal and institutional regulations (IRB/FDA/ICH-GCP). Support regulatory submissions and develop training and communication materials.
