Entry-level rotational apprentice who supports operations, youth development, curriculum, college & career readiness, and charter management. Duties include clerical work, enrollment intake, building support, classroom assistance, student supervision, event coordination, outreach, and light vehicle/ equipment maintenance while receiving mentorship and evaluations across departments.

Support and supervise HiRisers youth programs, assist with curriculum delivery, outreach, participant evaluation, equipment management, administrative tasks, and chaperone events. Serve as a positive role model, provide participant feedback, communicate site issues to supervisors, and help evaluate and support students during after-school, recess enhancement, and summer camp activities.

Leads Urban Dove’s career readiness programs, including workshops, internships, workforce development, after-school programming, and summer camp. Supervises up to ten staff, develops curriculum, tracks workforce data, supports student career pathways, manages youth employment requirements, coordinates partner agencies and school sites, and oversees outreach, events, retreats, camps, safety, parent engagement, and regulatory compliance.

Lead and manage Urban Doves Career Readiness programs, supervise up to ten staff, develop curriculum, coordinate internships, oversee after-school and summer camp operations, track workforce data, run outreach/retention, manage events and compliance, mentor students, and liaise with schools and internship partners.

Responsibilities include clerical and front-desk tasks, student support, classroom assistance, event coordination, inventory and vehicle checks, outreach, and administrative support across departments to develop skills and identify career pathways within the organization.

Manage development, implementation, and monitoring of IEPs and 504 plans; coach and support teachers on SDI and MLL instruction; lead data-driven teacher teams; coordinate and facilitate IEP meetings; maintain special education documentation; liaise with related service providers and Committee on Special Education; design professional development and ensure legal compliance for accommodations and services.

Support Urban Dove's fundraising and communications by creating and publishing content, managing social media and website, capturing photo/video, supporting events and grant development, tracking metrics and data for reporting, and maintaining brand consistency across materials and channels.

Analyze attendance data and lead interventions to increase daily student attendance. Conduct outreach (calls, home visits), engage families, coordinate attendance task force, manage records and reporting, assist enrollment activities, mentor students, and collaborate with teachers and outside agencies.
