Supports day-to-day nonprofit accounting operations, including maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, tracking grant activity, assisting with financial reporting, payroll reconciliations, audits, and month-end and year-end close processes. Collaborates with Finance and other departments to maintain accurate documentation, investigate discrepancies, support GAAP compliance, and complete accounting projects.

Analyze attendance data and lead interventions to increase daily student attendance. Conduct outreach (calls, home visits), engage families, coordinate attendance task force, manage records and reporting, assist enrollment activities, mentor students, and collaborate with teachers and outside agencies.

Provides school data analysis, student scheduling, testing coordination, graduation tracking, compliance reporting, and student records management. The role generates reports on attendance, credits, assessments, and academic growth, shares insights with school teams, supports enrollment and student events, mentors students, and helps ensure accurate accountability data and adherence to graduation requirements.
