Entry-level rotational apprentice who supports operations, youth development, curriculum, college & career readiness, and charter management. Duties include clerical work, enrollment intake, building support, classroom assistance, student supervision, event coordination, outreach, and light vehicle/ equipment maintenance while receiving mentorship and evaluations across departments.

Support and supervise HiRisers youth programs, assist with curriculum delivery, outreach, participant evaluation, equipment management, administrative tasks, and chaperone events. Serve as a positive role model, provide participant feedback, communicate site issues to supervisors, and help evaluate and support students during after-school, recess enhancement, and summer camp activities.

Leads Urban Dove’s career readiness programs, including workshops, internships, workforce development, after-school programming, and summer camp. Supervises up to ten staff, develops curriculum, tracks workforce data, supports student career pathways, manages youth employment requirements, coordinates partner agencies and school sites, and oversees outreach, events, retreats, camps, safety, parent engagement, and regulatory compliance.
