Teams at Urban Dove Team Charter School

Entry-level apprenticeship rotating through Operations, Youth Development, Curriculum & Instruction, College & Career Readiness, and the Charter Management Office. Duties include clerical and front-desk support, enrollment intake, inventory and vehicle checks, classroom and student assistance, event coordination, outreach, and administrative tasks. Apprentices receive evaluations and professional development to identify career paths within the organization.

Support and implement the HiRisers curriculum; supervise and engage students during after-school, recess, and summer programs; assist outreach, assessments, equipment maintenance, administrative tasks, and chaperone events and field trips while promoting team values and student development.

Support Urban Dove's fundraising and communications by creating and publishing content, managing social media and website, capturing photo/video, supporting events and grant development, tracking metrics and data for reporting, and maintaining brand consistency across materials and channels.
