Teams at Urban Dove Team Charter School

Lead planning, launch, and operation of an opportunity charter high school serving over-aged, under-credited youth. Build leadership and instructional teams, ensure fidelity to the UD Team sports-based youth development model, manage staff performance, engage community and partners, oversee curricula and data-driven instruction, and report to the Board while collaborating with the CMO to meet strategic and financial goals.

Support and implement the HiRisers curriculum; supervise and engage students during after-school, recess, and summer programs; assist outreach, assessments, equipment maintenance, administrative tasks, and chaperone events and field trips while promoting team values and student development.

Oversee financial, administrative, HR, and facility operations at a charter high school. Manage student and personnel records, communications, supplies, meal programs, field trip and transportation procedures, and event logistics. Support compliance, reconciliations, and collaborate with leadership to maintain operational integrity and a welcoming school environment.
