Manage end-to-end supply chain and logistics across multiple sites, including international shipments, inventory optimization, ERP order-to-cash administration, vendor management, reporting, reconciliations, and cross-functional issue resolution to ensure timely fulfillment and financial integrity.

Lead a greenfield Salesforce implementation: design architecture, build integrations with NetSuite via MuleSoft, develop Apex/LWC solutions, enforce data governance and security, mentor engineers, and perform platform administration and CI/CD.

Support day-to-day wholesale processing and distribution operations including shipping, receiving, grading, inventory, SOP enforcement, KPI tracking, staff supervision (15-25), process improvements, reporting, and training updates.

Lead accounting operations including AR/AP, treasury, and internal controls. Drive automation-first processes, implement scalable ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), produce management reporting and dashboards, oversee procurement and vendor policies, and recruit and develop a high-performing accounting team to optimize working capital.
