Manage end-to-end supply chain, logistics, inventory, order fulfillment, ERP transactions, reconciliations, international shipments, vendor tracking, and freight sourcing. Champions Agile delivery, monitors product KPIs including adoption, retention, revenue, and satisfaction, and uses data and user feedback to guide product decisions and successful launches.

Manage operational systems for a precious metal melt shop by establishing KPIs, SOPs, production controls, capacity plans, audit trails, cost tracking, training programs, and continuous-improvement initiatives. Analyze profitability and bottlenecks, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, oversee workforce development, and research capital investments with ROI-based recommendations. The role operates in a high-temperature, chemical-exposure, secure production environment.

Identify, qualify, and onboard new clients through lead generation, cold calling, CRM management, and compliance coordination. Execute daily trading tasks and back up traders, handle client cases, run demos and SKOs, and ensure smooth handoffs to account managers while meeting defined KPIs.
