Leads the company’s multidisciplinary technology organization and complete technology environment, including software development, cloud infrastructure, data, AI, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, IT, and integrations. Partners with the CEO on strategy, prioritizes investments, delivers reliable and scalable systems, manages budgets and execution, develops technical talent, and drives technology adoption, operational resilience, and business growth.

Manage end-to-end supply chain, logistics, inventory, order fulfillment, ERP transactions, reconciliations, international shipments, vendor tracking, and freight sourcing. Analyze inventory to optimize stock transfers and prevent stockouts, oversee remote-site fulfillment, prepare commercial invoices, provide shipment updates and customer support, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve logistics issues. The role also monitors purchase orders and maintains accurate inventory and financial records.

Manage operational systems for a precious metal melt shop by establishing KPIs, SOPs, production controls, capacity plans, audit trails, cost tracking, training programs, and continuous-improvement initiatives. Analyze profitability and bottlenecks, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, oversee workforce development, and research capital investments with ROI-based recommendations. The role operates in a high-temperature, chemical-exposure, secure production environment.
