The Sr AI/ML Engineer will design and deploy machine learning models, build computer vision systems, and develop LLM-based features in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Senior Product Designer responsible for owning end-to-end UX and UI design for enterprise-scale digital products. Duties include user research, usability testing, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and designing scalable web and mobile experiences. The role collaborates closely with strategists, engineers, clients, product managers, and data scientists, with a focus on SaaS, data-heavy workflows, AI-driven features, accessibility, and multi-tenant systems.

Own monthly bookkeeping and close activities across UP.Labs and its portfolio companies. Manage accounting onboarding, financial reporting, reconciliations, tax filing calendars, audit readiness, and relationships with external auditors and tax advisors. Coordinate offshore accounting support, maintain consistent practices across multiple entities, and improve workflows using QuickBooks, Bill.com, Expensify, Ramp, and AI tools. Provide accounting judgment and hands-on execution in a fast-changing environment.

Lead the data science function for a freight pricing venture: develop and deploy ML models for dynamic pricing, demand forecasting, elasticity, and load acceptance; design pricing experiments; partner with engineering to productionize and monitor models; validate business assumptions and set model governance; translate insights to product, commercial, and executive stakeholders.

Lead AI enablement and portfolio governance across UP.Labs companies: build reusable AI tools and workflows, support CEOs with operations and GTM, track company health via dashboards and reporting, and cultivate VC and operator relationships to drive capital, customers, and strategic support.

Lead the design, build, and production deployment of agentic LLM systems that take real-world actions. Own agent architecture, retrieval/grounding, graph-backed knowledge, eval harnesses, observability, approvals/rollback, and team growth while partnering with applied science for embeddings and vector stores.

Design, build, and maintain production-grade data pipelines and models to power AI/ML workloads. Own pipeline reliability (orchestration, monitoring, incident response), collaborate with product and engineering to define requirements, optimize performance and cost, and document data models and runbooks.

Fractional, hands-on revenue leader for a portfolio of AI software ventures. Set up GTM strategies, land first enterprise customers, mentor early sales hires, build repeatable sales infrastructure and playbooks, support pricing and deal execution, and maintain a warm enterprise pipeline across portfolio companies.

Lead end-to-end deployments of AI for hotel revenue teams: integrate PMS/CRS/RMS, ship ML/optimization models and agentic workflows, validate recommendations with revenue managers, define metrics, drive adoption, and hire/mentor the forward deployed engineering team.
