Perform grounds and facility upkeep at Rocker B Ranch: operate maintenance machinery, inspect structures and surfaces for safety and cleanliness, perform routine preventative maintenance tasks, provide excellent customer service, collaborate with staff to meet objectives, and work varied schedules including nights and weekends. Must handle physical demands and environmental exposures.

Lead front-of-house operations and staff during shifts to ensure smooth service, guest satisfaction, and compliance. Manage reservations, seating, pacing with back-of-house, and beverage/bar oversight. Coach and onboard FOH employees, handle guest issues, assist with opening/closing procedures, inventory counts, time punches, and operational support during busy periods.

Assist Event Coordinator with rosters, welcome packets, and paperwork; serve as tournament official and customer service rep; operate scoreboards; perform grounds, cleaning, concessions, and retail duties; support front office to execute weekend tournaments and provide excellent guest service.

Support execution of youth baseball tournaments by announcing games, advising on rules, and providing customer service at assigned fields. Assist staff with operations, uphold brand standards, follow training, and ensure professional, efficient delivery of event experiences. Nights and weekends required.

Lead end-to-end planning, budgeting, vendor management, logistics, and on-site production for Unrivaled Flag's 2026 events. Create production timelines, manage budgets, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee staffing and assets, ensure brand consistency, and deliver post-event analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Enforce league rules and officiate football matches professionally and consistently.
