Responsibilities include month-end close, consolidations, revenue recognition, reconciliations, fixed assets, lease accounting, cash activity, audits, tax preparation, internal controls, acquisition integrations, and financial analysis. Supervises two Senior Accountants and partners with finance and operating leaders to improve processes and support budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning.

Assist staff with operations, uphold brand standards, follow training, and ensure professional, efficient delivery of event experiences. Nights and weekends required.

Lead end-to-end planning, budgeting, vendor management, logistics, and on-site production for Unrivaled Flag's 2026 events. Create production timelines, manage budgets, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee staffing and assets, ensure brand consistency, and deliver post-event analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Enforce league rules and officiate football matches professionally and consistently. Start and end games on time, make on-field calls, manage player and coach behavior, inspect field conditions, coordinate with assistants, and work evenings/weekends in outdoor conditions. Typically officiate multiple short games per night.
