Perform grounds and facility upkeep at Rocker B Ranch: operate maintenance machinery, inspect structures and surfaces for safety and cleanliness, perform routine preventative maintenance tasks, provide excellent customer service, collaborate with staff to meet objectives, and work varied schedules including nights and weekends. Must handle physical demands and environmental exposures.

Support Tournament Director in planning and executing All-Ripken Games events. Oversee daily field operations, schedules, staffing, game management, and rule enforcement. Supervise field coordinators and communicate with coaches, umpires, vendors, and facility partners. Manage score reporting, incident documentation, and contribute to post-event feedback while ensuring player safety and a positive athlete experience.

Support all phases of youth baseball tournament operations at Ripken Experience: announce games, advise on rules, provide guest customer service, uphold brand standards, and assist staff to deliver exceptional event experiences.
