Supports the organization and operation of sports tournaments, including event planning, tournament preparation, facility walk-throughs, seasonal employee coordination, guest services, marketing, social media, community partnerships, retail operations, and field maintenance. The role requires weekend availability, customer service skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong writing, initiative, punctuality, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Paid spring internship assisting tournament operations, including rosters, paperwork, welcome packets, game announcements, scoreboards, coach support, customer service, grounds work, cleaning, cashiering, grilling, and retail restocking. The role requires collaboration with event and front-office staff, professionalism, strong communication, and availability for long hours and weekends from February through May 2027.

Supports tournament, game, event, and facility operations at The Ripken Experience. Responsibilities include announcing baseball and softball games, operating music and scoreboards, relaying tournament messages, assisting with facility upkeep, coordinating programming, communicating with coaches and parents, and delivering excellent customer service. The intern also collaborates across departments, supports event execution, and develops management and coaching skills while working in a fast-paced sports environment.
