Own accounting and financial reporting for assigned entities across a multi-entity portfolio. Responsibilities include journal entries, revenue recognition, balance sheet reconciliations, cash activity, month-end close, financial reporting, variance analysis, audit and tax support, process improvements, internal controls, and acquisition integration support. The role partners with operations and FP&A in a primarily remote environment.

Supports tournament, game, event, and facility operations at The Ripken Experience. Responsibilities include announcing baseball and softball games, operating music and scoreboards, relaying tournament messages, assisting with facility upkeep, coordinating programming, communicating with coaches and parents, and delivering excellent customer service. The intern also collaborates across departments, supports event execution, and develops management and coaching skills while working in a fast-paced sports environment.

Contract Graphic Designer to produce social-first and print creative, implement and expand design systems and toolkits, create basic motion graphics, and collaborate cross-functionally to bring Unrivaled Sports brands to life across digital and venue touchpoints. 3-month, full-time contract (40 hrs/week), remote.
