Applies APQP-based technical project management, problem-solving, design optimization, benchmarking, cost reduction, DFMEA, and DFA. Requires knowledge of automotive regulatory and certification standards including CMVR, AIS, and ECE.

Design and develop EV power electronics hardware, including Totem Pole PFC, bidirectional CLLLC resonant converters, isolated DC-DC converters, and battery charging systems. Perform converter simulation, controller development, small-signal modeling, resonant tank optimization, and thermal and loss analysis using MATLAB Simulink, PLECS, PSIM, and LTspice. Apply soft-switching techniques such as ZVS and ZCS, along with PSFB and LLC converter topologies.

Drive profitable regional sales growth for automotive and spare-parts products by achieving sales budgets, developing new product lines, generating demand, managing customers and channels, conducting secondary and tertiary sales activities, and reporting competitor and market intelligence. The role also requires sales planning, negotiation, business development, relationship management, and execution of customer-focused sales strategies.

Own customer opportunities from early discovery through RFI/RFQ, nomination, and business conversion. Engage OEM engineering and product-planning teams, identify requirements, qualify opportunities, lead technical proposals, coordinate cross-functional responses, support POCs and co-creation, and maintain opportunity tracking. Responsibilities include component and tooling cost estimation, technical part studies with suppliers and customers, and ensuring project timelines are met through regular follow-up.
