Leads a team of design and development engineers delivering automotive plastic parts from RFQ through SOP. Responsibilities include techno-commercial analysis, BOM and sourcing decisions, DFM/DFA, tooling feasibility, Moldflow and CAE coordination, DV/PV, GD&T, DFMEA, part trials, APQP and PPAP documentation, customer interaction, cross-functional coordination, and team development.

Designs individual products using CAD and Creo, developing concepts from prototype through final product design.

Leads mechanical and plastic-part design and development from RFQ through SOP. Responsibilities include techno-commercial analysis, BOM and material selection, DFM/DFA, tooling feasibility, Moldflow and CAE analysis, DV/PV testing, GD&T, DFMEA, part trials, customer interaction, documentation, and team development.
