Lead the company’s first supply chain function for large-scale energy and data center infrastructure projects. Build trusted manufacturer relationships, translate engineering requirements into factory capabilities, and help suppliers expand capacity, throughput, and production rates for transformers, switchgear, inverters, steel, and cable. Establish lightweight processes, automate repetitive work with AI, and travel to suppliers, factories, and job sites.

Own end-to-end process design for large-scale capital projects, including heat and material balances, PFDs, P&IDs, emissions control, and equipment sizing. Translate expert engineering judgment into capabilities for an AI-powered automated design engine. Work hands-on across gas power, industrial, chemical, or polymer plants, applying first-principles thinking and collaborating across engineering disciplines. Experience with utility-scale natural gas power, simulation tools, or AI coding agents is advantageous.

Own the company’s commercial development from prospecting through signed projects. Identify developers and hyperscalers pursuing large-scale energy and data center projects, leverage investor and industry networks, educate customers on faster iterative engineering, and discover opportunities aligned with the product. Translate customer needs into product priorities while managing every detail independently. Automate repetitive work with AI and build relationships with sophisticated customers in an early, in-person San Francisco environment.

Build full-stack software for AI-powered engineering and construction automation. Partner with hardware and analysis engineers to develop product architecture, performance, implementation, and customer-facing capabilities. The role requires end-to-end ownership across applications, databases, and cloud infrastructure, with an emphasis on AI coding agents, physical-world engineering or manufacturing software, rapid execution, and high autonomy. This is an in-person position in San Francisco, five days per week.

Develop and maintain simulation, performance modeling, and optimization tools for an AI-powered automated design engine. Model complex engineering systems, analyze design spaces, perform trade studies, and expand capabilities supporting large-scale infrastructure projects such as utility-scale power and data centers. The role requires systems thinking, strong first-principles reasoning, cross-disciplinary technical breadth, deep expertise in one or two areas, hands-on execution, and prioritization of high-impact problems.
