Provides executive and administrative support to the Vice President of Mission and Ignatian Imagination, the Lane Center, and ADEI. Manages calendars, communications, budgets, travel, events, office procedures, websites, and confidential stakeholder relationships. Supports the University Mission Council and Board of Trustees committee through agenda preparation, meeting coordination, minutes, and records management. Serves as a liaison across university offices and external partners while advancing the institution’s Jesuit Catholic mission.

Provides brief individual, relationship, and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, triage, consultation, referrals, and 24-hour on-call support for university students. Conducts outreach, psychoeducation, mandated assessments, and culturally responsive supervision of psychology interns and postdoctoral fellows. Supports IT analysis, security and technology assessments, vendor security reviews, enterprise architecture operations, and multiple IT projects. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing technical information, coordinating assessments, documenting findings, tracking action items, developing project plans, monitoring scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and quality, communicating with stakeholders, and transitioning completed projects into operations.

Manages operations and program administration for a university counseling clinic and MFT/PCC clinical training program. Oversees client access, referrals, workflows, databases, placement agreements, compliance, community partnerships, training operations, reporting, and quality improvement. Advises clinic leadership, analyzes program data, develops operational procedures, coordinates stakeholders, and supports strategic planning, accreditation, fundraising, and continuous improvement.

Provides individualized career counseling to law students and graduates, including job-search, networking, interviewing, and application support. Develops career workshops, recruiting programs, employer relationships, networking events, and student resources. Supervises support staff, manages career services data and reporting, supports social media and web outreach, and represents the law school with employers, alumni, professional associations, and university partners.

Leads the university’s marketing strategy, roadmap, organizational design, brand campaign, demand generation, and marketing operations. Oversees strategy, creative, digital, content, and embedded marketing teams while aligning enrollment leadership around funnel performance, budgets, and campaign priorities. Owns measurable outcomes including lead volume, lead quality, cost per lead, cost per enrolled student, and roadmap execution. Establishes governance, prioritization frameworks, and performance metrics across a complex, decentralized organization.

Provide administrative support to Clinical Placement Coordinators by scheduling placements, maintaining placement databases and records, onboarding students and faculty, monitoring compliance (immunizations, background checks), managing health records with HIPAA/FERPA awareness, organizing meetings and trainings, and preparing reports and correspondence to support the nursing program.

Provide individual and group college and career advising to Upward Bound high school students, manage college admissions support, develop Individual Learning Plans, track academic progress, coordinate outreach and recruitment, chaperone college visits, support tutoring and college/career events, and maintain relationships with families, school staff, and community partners.

Provide full-time administrative and legal support to the Immigration & Deportation Defense Clinic: schedule client meetings, prepare and file immigration and state court forms, assist with Spanish translation and interpretation, manage office protocols and client data, coordinate service delivery, and prepare grant reports. Regular presence in Sonoma County office required.

Lead day-to-day operations of the career services team, supervise staff and interns, provide individual and complex career counseling, design and evaluate programs and workshops, manage data collection and assessment, research and integrate technology/AI tools, cultivate campus and employer partnerships, and direct major events like career fairs.

The Non Sworn Public Safety Officer patrols the campus, responds to emergencies, enforces regulations, and fosters community connections while ensuring safety on university property.
