Provides executive and administrative support to the Vice President of Mission and Ignatian Imagination, the Lane Center, and ADEI. Manages calendars, communications, budgets, travel, events, office procedures, websites, and confidential stakeholder relationships. Supports the University Mission Council and Board of Trustees committee through agenda preparation, meeting coordination, minutes, and records management. Serves as a liaison across university offices and external partners while advancing the institution’s Jesuit Catholic mission.

Provides brief individual, relationship, and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, triage, consultation, referrals, and 24-hour on-call support for university students. Conducts outreach, psychoeducation, mandated assessments, and culturally responsive supervision of psychology interns and postdoctoral fellows. Collaborates with campus departments, participates in committees and trainings, maintains clinical documentation, and supports inclusive student wellness initiatives.

Supports IT analysis, security and technology assessments, vendor security reviews, enterprise architecture operations, and multiple IT projects. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing technical information, coordinating assessments, documenting findings, tracking action items, developing project plans, monitoring scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and quality, communicating with stakeholders, and transitioning completed projects into operations.
