Lead enterprise prospect intelligence and pipeline optimization for university fundraising. Translate data and analytics into actionable strategies, manage two staff, partner with advancement and technology teams, and drive prospecting methodology innovation and policy.

Provide comprehensive academic advising to undergraduate nursing students, support admissions and recruitment, develop retention and intervention strategies, collaborate with faculty and community partners, and participate in student-centered programming to promote degree completion and student success.

Support DEI&A research by collecting, coding, and analyzing data; conduct literature reviews; prepare reports, communications, and materials; assist with workshops and outreach; support strategic planning and administrative tasks (20 hrs/week, Aug–May).

Provide strategic and administrative leadership for the Honors College as its chief academic officer. Oversee faculty, staff, and student affairs; manage academic programs, curriculum, assessment, and faculty recruitment/mentoring/evaluation; administer budgets, fundraising, and external relations; represent the College within the university and to external constituencies; and cultivate an interdisciplinary, research- and student-centered honors community.
