Perform complex accounts payable and accounting tasks: manage and reconcile 2,000+ corporate cards, month-end close and journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, prepare reports from Ariba/Basware/SAP, support tax filings with CRA, assist audits, contribute to budgets/forecasts, provide backup and mentorship to junior finance staff, and participate in ad hoc projects.

Provide front-desk reception and clerical support for Medical Imaging: answer and direct calls, schedule appointments and tests, maintain staff schedules, perform word-processing, photocopying, faxing, mail distribution, and routine office duties while delivering excellent customer service and working effectively under pressure.

Manage staffing schedules and equitable shift distribution for nursing and PSW staff; deploy resource staff to cover gaps; provide clerical, reception, and administrative support; track operational data using spreadsheets/databases; coordinate with hospital personnel and provide training and orientation to new team members.

Prepare and assemble cold meals per meal tickets, stock and set up workstations, portion foods, clean and maintain beltline and work areas, assist with food loading/unloading, and work alternating weekends and rotating shifts as needed.
