Operate and maintain hospital mechanical and electrical systems including BAS, boilers, chillers, fire alarm, pneumatic tube and medical gas. Respond to troubleshooting requests, read HVAC schematics, and perform routine facility operations to ensure safe, continuous service.

Provide assessment, intervention, education and collaborative patient-centered care for stroke outpatients. Develop evidence-based rehab plans, lead patient groups, support transitions, participate in program planning, quality initiatives, research, and student education.

Provide advanced geriatric clinical expertise in the Emergency Department, perform comprehensive assessments, mentor staff, lead quality improvement and research, coordinate education, and consult across disciplines to advance nursing practice.

Provide administrative and reception support for Neurology physicians: triage referrals, manage patient charts and scheduling, maintain electronic and paper filing, coordinate calendars and unit administrative functions, and ensure efficient daily operations while supporting physicians and learners in a clinical academic environment.

Lead analytics work across social medicine and data teams to design dashboards, analyze large health datasets, translate findings into clear narratives, engage stakeholders, and enable data-driven improvements for marginalized populations. Build relationships, evaluate solutions, support presentations/publications, and deliver strategic analytic projects aligned with provincial priorities.

Design, develop, and maintain quality and safety analytics products; analyze healthcare data to surface trends and risks; partner with clinical and operational teams to translate requirements; produce executive-level reports and dashboards; and apply advanced analytics, automation, and AI-enabled approaches to improve decision support and reporting.

Implement and test Epic reporting content and analytics tools. Lead requirements gathering, build/modify Epic reports, dashboards and scorecards, validate and test report accuracy, maintain reporting metadata and security, support users, and document requirements and changes.

Plan, lead and evaluate activity programs for complex care patients, including cognitively impaired and behaviourally complex individuals. Ensure patient safety during activities, participate in program development, communicate patient responses to the care team, and support volunteer facilitation and documentation.

Provide day-to-day administrative support for two clinical research programs, including payroll and onboarding support, record-keeping, scheduling meetings and minutes, event coordination, obtaining approvals, liaising with stakeholders, and general support to managers, physicians, and research teams to ensure smooth clinical research operations.

Perform gross examination, dictation, and photography of surgical and autopsy specimens; handle specimens per medico-legal policies; perform tissue sampling including frozen sections; operate saws safely; participate in quality management and maintain lab safety and documentation.

Coordinate and manage multiple home dialysis clinical studies through screening, recruitment, informed consent, study visits, sample collection/processing, data management, safety monitoring, REB submissions, audits, and regulatory compliance (ICH-GCP, Tri-Council, PHIPA, Health Canada/FDA). Support feasibility reviews, budgeting, contracts, and develop tools to ensure data integrity while working with minimal supervision.

Design and implement firmware and software for telemonitoring devices; optimize video/audio streaming and UI; develop diagnostics and data synchronization with cloud records; assemble, test, and troubleshoot hardware (sensors, MCUs, wireless modules); deploy devices and support customers; analyze performance data and collaborate with engineering, IT, and clinical teams to improve device reliability and usability.

Provides complex administrative support to scientists, staff and trainees in a research institute: processes hires/terminations, timekeeping, cost centre setup and reconciliation, reconciles procurement cards and expenses, plans meetings and takes minutes, supports courses and events, liaises with Research Solutions and Services, and handles confidential matters.
