Schedules, reschedules, and cancels medical imaging appointments; enters imaging orders and patient data; reviews protocols and safety requirements; communicates preparation instructions; coordinates appointment resources; answers phone queues; supports patients, referring clinics, healthcare teams, and imaging leadership with clerical and customer service activities.

Supports clinical, community-based, and quality improvement research focused on stroke prevention, women’s brain health, and lifestyle medicine. Responsibilities include project coordination, literature reviews, database management, quantitative and mixed-methods analysis, regulatory documentation, patient and community engagement, knowledge translation, reporting, and scholarly publications. The role also supports educational materials, digital dissemination, and supervision of students and research personnel.

Provides outpatient neurological and rehabilitation physiotherapy, including patient assessment, education, treatment planning, treatment delivery, and clinical documentation. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams serving musculoskeletal, amputee, stroke, geriatric, and complex continuing care populations. Participates in rounds, committees, service planning, professional development, clinical evaluations, and student or volunteer supervision. Provides coverage across organizational areas as needed.
