Provide administrative support for the Cancer Rehabilitation and Survivorship ELLICSR Program: greet and register outpatients in EPIC, manage referrals and appointment scheduling, coordinate group classes, maintain electronic calendars and patient tracking data, support front-desk and clinic operations, and provide cross-coverage within an administrative team.

Manage supplier selection and procurement, coordinate inbound/outbound and international shipments (including DG), maintain inventory and ERP (Sage/Empower/SEI), support production planning and reporting to ensure material availability and inventory accuracy.

Design, build, and maintain enterprise vector databases and embedding pipelines for healthcare data. Implement vector indexing, semantic search, RAG architectures, and integrate with Azure AI Search, Qdrant, or Pinecone. Build scalable ingestion and embedding refresh pipelines, support agentic AI workflows, and establish governance, monitoring, and best practices for production AI systems.
