Tenure-track faculty position to teach theory and lab courses in Mechanical Engineering, advise and mentor students, support ABET accreditation, develop a research program with student collaboration, perform scholarly activities and institutional service, and contribute to inclusive teaching and program development.

Provides administrative and operational HR support including recruitment, onboarding, personnel record maintenance, responding to HR inquiries, preparing routine reports and communications, and assisting with compliance and office operations under close supervision.

Provide front-line administrative support for the School of Design & Communication and Department of Music. Serve as primary contact for students, faculty, and visitors; coordinate scheduling, events, communications, supply inventory, and equipment checkout; manage office operations and logistics.

Produce high-quality graphic design deliverables for UW-Stout Foundation & Alumni Association marketing, communications, engagement, and fundraising. Prepare promotional materials, create draft and final layouts, maintain archives and printing specifications, and advise on university identity standards while managing multiple projects to deadlines.

Provide office support to the School of Mathematics, Computing, Physics & Astronomy: serve as first point of contact, prepare and distribute communications, maintain electronic and physical records, schedule meetings and secure resources, route complex inquiries, and support efficient office operations while handling confidential information and working with the Assistant Dean and administrative staff.

Serve as primary marketing partner for assigned colleges/departments. Develop strategic marketing plans and integrated campaigns across web, email, social, digital ads, and events. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage multiple initiatives, analyze campaign performance using analytics, advise stakeholders on audience-centered strategies, and ensure alignment with enrollment and institutional brand goals.

Provide accurate guidance and administration for the UW 403(b) Supplemental Retirement Program: respond to complex benefit inquiries, process and audit enrollments, research eligibility and plan rules, deliver trainings and outreach, coordinate with payroll/recordkeepers, support meetings and reporting, and recommend operational improvements to ensure compliant, efficient program administration.

Lead college-level marketing strategy, create content across digital and print platforms, plan and execute student- and employee-facing events, support student organizations and centers, generate and analyze event and marketing outcome reports, and manage funds and student leadership engagement.

Perform business analysis and project tasks to support design, enhancement, implementation, maintenance, and documentation of IT systems (primarily Salesforce). Duties include system administration, access control, user provisioning, process automation (flows/formulas), integrations (AppExchange/Blackthorn/FormAssembly), data loading, troubleshooting, vendor ticketing, testing change impacts, and training/documentation support.

Provide strategic leadership for Multicultural Student Services, overseeing program design, assessment, budgets, staff supervision, and student support initiatives (including Stoutward Bound). Build campus/community partnerships, use data tools to monitor student progress, and implement programs that improve access, retention, belonging, and graduation. Occasional evenings/weekends required.

Coordinate and implement first-year experience programming for TRIO SSS/SSS STEM students: develop an LMS Canvas course, recruit and supervise student leaders and ambassadors, manage communications and social media, support recruitment and retention initiatives, ensure program compliance, and collaborate with campus partners to improve persistence and graduation.

Design and produce on-brand print and digital visual assets supporting university communications. Manage multiple projects, collaborate with stakeholders, maintain files, and handle logistics and production while adhering to brand guidelines.

Evaluate and verify financial aid applications, award federal/state/university/external aid, audit for compliance, prepare and analyze aid data, triage issues, serve as student and third-party contact, present aid information at events, and may hire/train/supervise student employees to ensure timely, equitable aid distribution.

Provide advanced administrative and project support to the Provost's Office, including calendar and travel management, event and committee coordination, web page maintenance, report preparation, purchasing and audit coordination, recruitment support, and confidential document handling. Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and support shared governance processes.

Provide administrative and operational support for nursing clinical education: manage clinical placements, affiliation agreements, student and faculty documentation, data systems, communications with healthcare partners, recordkeeping, scheduling, and compliance-related tracking to ensure regulatory and university requirements are met.

Designs, implements, and maintains campus instructional AV and multimedia systems. Provides consultation, training, troubleshooting, lifecycle management, and video/streaming support for classrooms and learning spaces. Partners with faculty and stakeholders to pilot AI-enabled instructional technologies, documents system changes, and assists with small-to-medium technical projects and inventory management.

Lead and maintain college media production environments and audiovisual services. Serve as primary video/audio editor, manage livestreaming and post-production workflows, design graphics and motion effects, provide classroom and event AV support, supervise and train student employees, assess technology needs, manage inventory and budgets, and collaborate with campus partners to ensure high-quality media and instructional technology services.

Provide leadership and direction for the Office for Culture and Student Development by supervising staff and programs, managing the unit budget, and contributing to strategic planning. Foster student belonging, engagement, retention, and success through partnerships, outreach, program development, and transformative learning experiences. Serve as liaison with campus and community stakeholders and oversee unit objectives and resource alignment.

Provide direct case management and basic-needs support to students: assess needs, create and monitor treatment/success plans, make referrals, document cases, prepare reports, coordinate campus pantry/free store, train student staff, and collaborate with campus and community partners to support student well-being and retention.
