The specialist researches HR policies and system issues, recommends process improvements, assists business analysts with service requests, and provides end-user support for HR Services.

Provide instructional design and pedagogical consultation to business faculty across modalities; integrate AI and accessibility-compliant course materials; develop multimedia and LMS-based learning modules; deliver faculty training; perform course quality reviews and technology assessments to support continuous improvement in the College of Business and Economics.

Provides administrative and executive support to university academic affairs leaders, including scheduling, travel coordination, meeting and event logistics, communications, records management, document editing, deadline tracking, payment requisitions, and report preparation. Serves as a primary office contact, maintains confidentiality, supports student employment processes and website updates, assists with accreditation preparations, and provides customer service and backup support to office staff.

Provide administrative support for Academic Success Centers and the Tutoring-Learning Center: front-desk backup, scheduling, communications, records management, facility and technology coordination, supply procurement, and support for staff and student employees. 75% FTE with full academic-year workload.

Administers the Cornerstone LMS, processes training registrations and completions, provides participant technical support, and maintains LMS data. Creates reports, online courses, webpages, surveys, and workshop communications using Nelnet, Qualtrics, and HTML. Processes purchases and refunds, maintains documentation, supports partner agencies, and assists with web publishing and course updates. The role requires strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, proofreading, critical thinking, accuracy, and independent teamwork.

Coordinates annual giving campaigns across direct mail, digital appeals, Giving Day, and other channels. Develops campaign communications and web content, supports strategy, budgets, timelines, and execution, and manages donor stewardship and retention activities. Maintains donor records and mailing lists, analyzes fundraising data, improves operational processes, coordinates gift and invoice processing, and manages relationships with print vendors and mail houses.

Acts as the liaison between university functional offices and the PeopleSoft development team. Translates business requirements into functional specifications, supports system updates and PUM releases, troubleshoots workflows and integrations, coordinates testing, develops training, performs complex data analysis and reporting, and advises leadership on technology solutions and business process improvements.

Tenure-track Assistant Professor to direct and recruit for the University Symphony Orchestra, conduct performances and rehearsals, teach conducting and related courses, coordinate tours/clinics/festivals, and support departmental events and recruiting. May teach additional courses like music appreciation, orchestral literature, and string pedagogy based on experience.

Provide HR consultation and partnership to assigned university units, applying employment law and university policies. Develop and implement HR processes (training, recruitment, compensation, payroll), handle complex HR transactions, respond to inquiries, audit HR reports for compliance, and advise leadership on policy and strategic HR initiatives.

Serve as a Cabinet-level CHRO providing strategic HR leadership across a multi-campus university: oversee talent acquisition, compensation, employee and labor relations, EEO and Title IX coordination, compliance, HR policy, organizational development, budgeting, and HR team leadership to advance institutional priorities and inclusive workplace culture.

Write, edit, and maintain website content and visual assets using Drupal. Research academic programs and university initiatives, apply SEO and AI-search best practices, create user-focused webpages, collaborate with Marketing & Communications on digital campaigns, and manage multiple content projects to support recruitment, retention, and partnerships.

Design and develop online courses and faculty development focused on evidence-based instructional design and responsible use of generative AI. Provide consultations, create AI literacy resources, mentor faculty, align AI adoption with policy and security, and support continuous improvement of online programs and projects across campus.

Tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professor in Finance to teach undergraduate and MBA courses, maintain an active research program consistent with AACSB expectations, advise students, and engage in service. Candidate must complete a doctorate in finance or related field by Dec 1, 2027 and demonstrate teaching effectiveness. Appointment begins August 16, 2027; applications reviewed through Oct 17, 2026.
