Process and audit a wide range of accounting transactions, manage capital project expenditures (non-Madison campuses), prepare systemwide billings, maintain accounts receivable, reconcile accounts, train staff on Workday, create fiscal and management reports, and recommend process improvements to support financial decision-making.

Proactively recruit and advise non-traditional online students by following up on marketing leads via phone, email, text, and video. Determine fit and eligibility, meet contact and application metrics, update student records, provide excellent student-centered advising, collaborate with marketing/admissions/program teams, co-present virtual sessions, and serve as primary adviser for assigned programs.

Provide front-line financial aid assistance: advise students and parents on forms, loans, and regulations; triage referrals to counselors; manage Job Location Development/part-time job board tasks; coordinate outreach and student employee supervision; maintain office records, imaging, and communications.
