Lead Business Office Coordinators, reduce aged receivables and bad debt, ensure regulatory compliance (FERPA, FCRA, FDCPA, Title IV), coordinate with Financial Aid and third-party partners, maintain SIS data accuracy, and provide monthly reporting to leadership.

Lead and deliver enterprise IT projects across infrastructure, security, applications, and vendors. Manage plans, budgets, risks, governance, and executive communications; participate in technical implementation, testing, cutovers, and operational transitions while improving IT processes.

Coach students and graduates on job search skills, build and maintain employer partnerships to generate hires, support hiring events and mock interviews, manage student engagement and documentation, and partner with campus teams to improve employment outcomes.

Manage and evaluate the BSN nursing program including curriculum, clinical site relationships, compliance with Board rules, faculty supervision, student advising, admissions, budgeting, reporting, and community partnerships to support student outcomes and licensure readiness.

Administer and process student financial aid: verification, disbursements, awarding state and federal aid, counseling students/parents, default management, financial literacy, auditing, reporting, assisting with private loans and VA benefits, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Requires regular on-site attendance and cross-department collaboration.

Coordinate Medical Assisting externship placements and manage employer partnerships while providing career coaching and employment placement support for Medical Assisting and Nursing students. Ensure compliance with externship, immunization, and documentation requirements; conduct site visits; deliver job-readiness workshops; maintain student and employer records; and support hiring and onboarding activities to drive student employment outcomes.

Lead and manage all aspects of the practical nursing program including budget, faculty and student oversight, curriculum development, clinical site liaison, compliance with state and accreditor rules, records management, recruitment and orientation, and quality assurance. Requires on-site presence and collaboration with students, faculty, and clinical partners.

Own general ledger accounting, reconciliations, fixed assets, lease accounting, and close activities across multi-entity environments. Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, inventory and fixed asset processes, support audits, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements and system implementations.

Manage full-cycle, high-volume accounts payable across multiple entities: process invoices and employee expenses, reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, support month-end close and year-end audits, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely payments.

Provide individualized career coaching and group workshops, develop employer partnerships and externship-to-hire pathways, host employer events, maintain student and employer records, monitor caseloads and placement metrics, and support placement outcomes and accreditation reporting.
