Secure and manage clinical partnerships for VN and BSN programs by obtaining BVNPT/BRN documentation and affiliation agreements, conducting in-person site visits and verifications, collecting BSN EDP forms, expanding and maintaining clinical sites through outreach and presentations, ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance, tracking site data in CRM (e.g., HubSpot), and reporting placement outcomes while spending over 50% of time in the field.

Own general ledger accounting, reconciliations, fixed assets, lease accounting, and close activities across multi-entity environments. Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, inventory and fixed asset processes, support audits, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements and system implementations.

Manage campus financial operations for student accounts including billing, collections, aged receivables reconciliation, compliance with federal and institutional policies, inventory tracking, cash handling, reporting, and student billing support.

Provide career coaching and job readiness support to students and graduates, build employer partnerships and externship/direct-hire pathways, host employer events, manage caseloads and placement metrics, maintain accurate records, and promote college career services to meet employment benchmarks and accreditation requirements.

Administer and process federal and state student financial aid, including verification, disbursements, award packaging, and Return of Title IV calculations. Counsel students and parents, manage default prevention and financial literacy programs, assist with private loans and VA benefits, run audits and reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with other departments to support student funding needs.

Manage campus financial operations for student accounts, billing, and collections. Lead collection efforts, monitor AR aging, reconcile receivables, ensure compliance with federal and institutional regulations, oversee cash/check handling and student inventory, maintain SIS data accuracy, report collection metrics, and support audits and financial literacy initiatives.

Provide academic leadership and oversight for online pre-licensure pediatric nursing courses: teach, standardize course design, support and develop adjunct faculty, ensure course quality and assessment integrity, analyze learning analytics, coordinate clinical and simulation components, and drive continuous improvement to support student success and NCLEX outcomes.

Manage day-to-day site operations and provide operational and technical support for simulation and skills-based learning. Coordinate scheduling, prepare and maintain simulation labs and equipment, support faculty during labs and assessments, manage inventory and events, train proctors, and maintain documentation to ensure safe, realistic, and efficient experiential education delivery.

Serve as strategic HR advisor for multiple campuses: workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, compliance, performance management, onboarding, training, HR metrics, and support organizational change. Regular travel to sites to ensure consistent multi-site HR practices and drive employee engagement.
