Develop and maintain clinical partnerships for nursing programs by securing regulatory documentation and affiliation agreements, conducting in-person site visits and walkthroughs, coordinating verifications, managing placement operations and compliance, presenting to healthcare leaders, tracking site data in CRM, and supporting strategic growth and employer engagement activities. Role requires significant field work and relationship management.

Lead marketing strategy and execution for the Workforce Solutions division, building a data-informed, AI-enabled marketing organization. Drive employee demand generation within hospital partners and sales/brand marketing to hospital executive buyers. Own budget, forecasting, co-branded governance, thought leadership, sales enablement, agencies, and operating rhythms. Hire, develop, and scale a high-performing team while implementing systems, playbooks, and automation to improve efficiency and consistency across partners and geographies.

Administer and process federal, state, and private student financial aid; counsel students and parents; manage verification, disbursements, default management, financial literacy, VA benefits packaging, auditing, reporting, and interdepartmental student support. Maintain compliance with federal regulations and assist with related duties.

Lead NCLEX success initiatives by coaching students and faculty on ATI CMS, Comp Predictor, and remediation; track and analyze licensure data, identify at-risk students, run interventions, coordinate ATI training, and support campus licensure reporting and professional development.

Provide administrative support for academic RN and VN departments: maintain and audit student and faculty files, scan and track documentation, update forms, operate office equipment, and travel between campuses as needed.
