Manage all aspects of medical assisting externships: develop and expand site partnerships, place and monitor students, ensure compliance and documentation, conduct site visits and evaluations, support extern-to-hire conversions, and maintain accurate SIS records to meet accreditation and employment benchmarks.

Lead and manage a campus Career Services team to drive graduate employment, employer partnerships, and student readiness. Coach staff, oversee daily operations, ensure compliance and audit-ready records, perform frontline advisor duties as needed, and grow employer hiring pipelines through outreach and relationship-building. Maintain on-site presence and collaborate with academic and campus stakeholders to meet placement and accreditation benchmarks.

Provide academic leadership and oversight for online pre-licensure pediatric nursing courses: teach, standardize course design, support and develop adjunct faculty, ensure course quality and assessment integrity, analyze learning analytics, coordinate clinical and simulation components, and drive continuous improvement to support student success and NCLEX outcomes.
