Manage and maintain the nursing simulation center and skills labs, oversee supplies and equipment, develop policies and budgets, coordinate simulation-based education, orient faculty and students, supervise lab staff, ensure safety and accreditation compliance, and teach up to 50% of the time.

Provide one-on-one counseling and process student financial aid: verify eligibility, package and disburse state/federal aid, manage disbursements, audit and run reports, assist with VA and private loans, support default management and financial literacy, and collaborate with campus departments. On-site role at Fremont campus.

Provide administrative support to the nursing program director/dean: maintain and audit academic and faculty files, scan and upload documents to CVUE/Anthology/Power BI, coordinate live scan and clinical rotation compliance, take meeting minutes, assist onboarding and events, manage supplies and uniforms, schedule interviews, and travel between campuses as needed.
