Leads corporate partnership strategy, prospecting, business development, revenue generation, and portfolio management for United Way of Greater Atlanta. Builds and grows corporate relationships, forecasts pipeline and revenue, develops innovative engagement opportunities, collaborates cross-functionally, and manages one direct report. The role requires strong sales, fundraising, presentation, negotiation, relationship management, and coaching capabilities.

Leads multi-year campaign communications, proposal development, executive positioning, donor engagement materials, and campaign storytelling. Oversees timelines, workflows, reporting, operational processes, and implementation activities while coordinating with executive leadership, marketing, fundraisers, donors, volunteers, and community partners. Develops strategic communications, presentations, event narratives, stewardship materials, and standard operating procedures to strengthen campaign execution, visibility, and fundraising outcomes.

Lead major, transformational, and planned giving efforts by managing a portfolio of 50–80 high-net-worth donors, family foundations, and prospects. Develop cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and planned-giving strategies; secure donor visits and major gift proposals; build relationships with executives, board members, volunteers, and community leaders; oversee donor communications, events, CRM data, reporting, and revenue goals.
