Leads fundraising campaign operations, CRM and data governance, reporting, project management, donor engagement workflows, proposal processes, campaign events, and cross-functional coordination. The role develops dashboards, tracks financial commitments and pledge fulfillment, manages campaign plans and leadership meetings, improves operational systems, and supports fundraising strategy through accurate data, documentation, and accountability.

Leads integrated campaign strategy, communications, donor engagement, proposal development, executive and Campaign Cabinet support, events, performance reporting, and cross-functional alignment. Develops compelling donor-facing materials, oversees major gift proposals and stewardship, translates campaign data into recommendations, and establishes operating frameworks that strengthen fundraising execution and accountability.

Directs the full grant development lifecycle, including researching funding opportunities, writing and submitting proposals, coordinating internal data, tracking deadlines, managing compliance, preparing reports, and stewarding funder relationships. Partners with development, finance, community impact, corporate relations, and executive teams to secure philanthropic funding. Monitors grant pipelines, revenue, deliverables, renewals, and performance metrics while maintaining accurate records in CRM and grants management systems.
