Teams at United Parcel Service (UPS)

Processes internal and external payments, supports value-of-goods shipment remittances, verifies delivery accuracy, coordinates with finance departments, maintains information flow, and provides internal and external customer service. Requires English and German proficiency, basic accounting knowledge, accurate data entry, MS Office skills, organization, teamwork, time management, and the ability to work under pressure.

Serves as the central customer contact for service management, issue resolution, shipment monitoring, and logistics program delivery. Builds relationships with clients, account teams, and operations; ensures service standards are met; manages special requests; develops solutions for new requirements; and participates in client performance meetings. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and understanding of aviation and logistics networks.
