Manage a large portfolio of smaller SMB accounts to drive retention, product adoption, and low-touch upsell. Serve as primary contact for routine issues, coordinate with sales/support/operations, conduct virtual check-ins and performance reviews, monitor customer health metrics, and update CRM with retention and growth plans.

Design and implement tailored warehousing and distribution solutions by analyzing customer supply chain data, creating layouts, labour plans, automation concepts, pricing models, and business cases. Lead solution design projects, prepare RFP/RFI responses and technical proposals, and present recommendations to stakeholders while collaborating with Business Development, Operations, Finance, and IT.

Process supplier invoices, monitor workflow, resolve discrepancies, communicate with vendors and stakeholders in Italian and English, support payment runs, reconciliations and month-end close, maintain documentation, and collaborate to ensure efficient AP operations.
