Drive new sales across event sponsorships, SaaS products, research, and consulting contracts. Manage prospect pipelines, CRM documentation, forecasts, proposals, and client relationships. Leads UNOS’s 24/7 security operations team while serving as enterprise Information Security Architect. Responsibilities include designing security architecture and roadmaps, implementing protective controls, supporting secure development, advising project teams, overseeing incident response, mentoring staff, managing security tools, improving operational processes, resolving escalated issues, and coordinating with infrastructure, engineering, architecture, and business teams.

Analyzes and interprets federal contracts, modifications, directives, task orders, and deliverables to ensure compliance, manage risk, and support execution. Conducts compliance reviews, risk assessments, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning. Coordinates with legal, finance, project management, and operational teams; supports audits, government inquiries, contract transitions, renewals, rebids, and proposals. Develops performance metrics and leads continuous improvements to contract management processes.

Leads the design, development, and operation of enterprise-scale data platforms and pipelines in Azure. Builds Lakehouse architectures using Databricks, Spark, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Data Lake Storage; implements data quality, monitoring, CI/CD, and governance practices; troubleshoots production issues; optimizes performance and scalability; collaborates with analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders; and mentors junior engineers.

Leads UNOS’ enterprise philanthropic strategy, institutional funding partnerships, donor governance, and philanthropic risk management. Advises executive leadership and the Board on funding opportunities, donor influence, ethics, and reputational considerations. Establishes operating models, acceptance standards, evaluation frameworks, performance measures, and scalable processes for philanthropic activity. Develops senior relationships with foundations and institutional funders while ensuring funding advances organizational priorities, preserves independence, and maintains public trust.

Leads the enterprise PMO’s strategy execution, governance, portfolio management, resource capacity planning, work tracking, reporting, and change adoption. Advises executives and the Board on prioritization, investment decisions, risks, dependencies, and execution health. Oversees enterprise dashboards, scorecards, governance forums, and decision rights while developing PMO leaders and professionals. Partners across Finance, HR, Communications, and Education to align strategy with budgets, performance management, communication, and training.

Lead day-to-day accounting operations, manage month-end and year-end close, oversee general ledger and reconciliations, maintain internal controls, support audits and compliance, develop accounting policies, lead process improvements, and manage and develop an accounting team to deliver timely, accurate financial reporting.

Own hiring, coaching, performance management, delivery execution, incident response, quality standards, cross-functional partnership, metrics-driven continuous improvement, and technology evaluation to support organizational strategy and customer outcomes in a regulated healthcare context.
