Drive new sales across event sponsorships, SaaS products, research, and consulting contracts. Manage prospect pipelines, CRM documentation, forecasts, proposals, and client relationships. Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams on pricing, legal approvals, deal structuring, and contract execution. Monitor markets and competition, represent UNOS externally, and support scopes of work and growth strategies. The role requires strong communication, organization, independent judgment, and approximately 10% overnight travel.

Leads UNOS’s 24/7 security operations team while serving as enterprise Information Security Architect. Responsibilities include designing security architecture and roadmaps, implementing protective controls, supporting secure development, advising project teams, overseeing incident response, mentoring staff, managing security tools, improving operational processes, resolving escalated issues, and coordinating with infrastructure, engineering, architecture, and business teams.

Analyzes and interprets federal contracts, modifications, directives, task orders, and deliverables to ensure compliance, manage risk, and support execution. Conducts compliance reviews, risk assessments, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning. Coordinates with legal, finance, project management, and operational teams; supports audits, government inquiries, contract transitions, renewals, rebids, and proposals. Develops performance metrics and leads continuous improvements to contract management processes.
