Teams at United Network for Organ Sharing

Serve as a core HR partner supporting the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, HR operations, and recruiting coordination. Maintain HR systems and records, ensure compliance with employment laws, support HR programs and projects, and improve employee experience. Coordinate interviews, ATS maintenance, pre-employment checks, and HR analytics/reporting. Partner cross-functionally to resolve employee matters and drive process improvements.

Provide 24/7 coordination of organ allocation, donor/recipient matching, transportation logistics, and waiting list maintenance for multiple organ types. Communicate donor information to transplant teams, troubleshoot Internet-based UNOS applications, document all activity per OPTN/UNOS policies, assist with disease transmission monitoring, and perform auditing and quality-assurance tasks while working rotating 12-hour shifts.

Lead UNOS external affairs and government relations strategy to advance organ donation and transplant public policy. Build and maintain relationships with federal, state, and local policymakers; track and analyze legislation; coordinate senior leadership engagement; lead advocacy campaigns, grassroots mobilization, and cross‑functional communications; manage and coach at least one direct report.
