Lead HR functions across a multi-state insurance agency (18 locations, 200+ employees). Serve as strategic partner to executives, oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, performance management, training, HR operations, and organizational development. Manage HR team, vendors, budgets, and multi-state employment law compliance. Drive culture, engagement, retention, succession planning, and process improvements.

Manage and service personal lines insurance accounts to retain and grow business. Serve as primary client contact, process endorsements, renewals, new business submissions, and documentation. Promote cross-selling and referrals, coordinate with underwriters and accounting, maintain client records in Epic, respond to client requests, and meet performance expectations while adhering to company policies.

Manage personal lines insurance accounts to retain and grow business. Serve as client point of contact, process policy changes, prepare applications and renewal proposals, respond to customer calls, document activity in Epic, coordinate with underwriting and accounting, and promote cross-selling and referrals.

Provide front-desk customer service and administrative support to account managers. Duties include greeting visitors, answering phones, processing payments and deposits, entering data (including QuickBooks), managing mail and supplies, updating client databases, and performing general office tasks.

Support Account Managers by processing insurance transactions (cancellations, reinstatements, endorsements, renewals), handling client/carrier communications, maintaining EPIC records, preparing proposals, and delivering excellent customer service while obtaining required P&C licensing.

Provide front-desk and administrative support: greet clients, screen/answer calls, process payments and deposits, enter and reconcile transactions in QuickBooks, manage mail and faxes, update client database, support account managers with calls and documentation, order supplies, troubleshoot copier issues, and perform other office duties.

Manage commercial client relationships, service and retain accounts, process new business and renewals, prepare proposals and applications, handle policy changes, invoices and documentation in EPIC, collaborate with producers and carriers, and provide high-quality customer service.

Manage personal lines client accounts to retain and grow business through renewals, new business placement, quotes, policy changes, and cross-selling. Handle phone/email requests, prepare applications and proposals, maintain records in Epic, coordinate with underwriters and accounting, and participate in training to meet performance goals.
