Manages small-business commercial insurance accounts, including client service, renewals, policy changes, applications, proposals, billing coordination, documentation, and carrier follow-up. Builds client relationships, supports producers with new business and remarketing, promotes renewals, processes requests, and provides consultative guidance on coverage, costs, and obligations. Requires a state property and casualty license, strong communication and customer-service skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and preferably insurance account management and EPIC experience.

Oversee insurance agency operations, culture, staff performance, budgets, risk management, and compliance. Lead training, motivation, customer service, sales growth, client retention, community engagement, and carrier relationships. Support proposals, presentations, pre-underwriting, coverage analysis, reporting, and policy reviews while developing local business opportunities and maintaining strong connections among clients, agents, and carriers.

Lead HR for a multi-state insurance agency (18 locations, ~200 employees). Serve as strategic partner to executives; oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, performance management, training, and HR operations. Manage multi-state employment law compliance, HR team, vendor relationships, and HR metrics to support business decisions. Support organizational development, succession planning, and culture initiatives.
