Supports Personal Lines Account Managers by delivering customer service, processing policy transactions, preparing insurance quotes and proposals, documenting client and carrier interactions in EPIC, and handling requests involving billing, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and policy changes. The role requires obtaining state property and casualty licensing within 90 days and may cover Account Manager duties once licensed.

Insurance intern gaining hands-on experience through training, mentorship, project work, meetings, client interactions, prospecting, and networking. The role supports Property & Casualty, Employee Benefits, and Financial Services teams while developing knowledge of insurance coverages and the EPIC agency management system. Responsibilities include using Microsoft Office, assisting customers and team members, participating in outreach, and presenting project learnings to executive leadership. The internship runs from mid-May through mid-August and may provide college credit.

Manages commercial insurance accounts by providing customer service, processing policy changes, renewals, applications, proposals, invoices, and client documentation. Serves as a liaison among clients, the agency, producers, and underwriters; supports new business solicitation, policy placement, remarketing, and renewal activities. Requires a state property and casualty license, strong communication and relationship-management skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and preferably experience with EPIC.
