Supports HR Business Partners across hub locations by assisting with employee relations investigations, onboarding, orientation, HR inquiries, employee records, leave administration, union seniority tracking, I-9 verification, ADP HRIS updates, compliance reporting, and HR metrics analysis. The role supports unionized frontline and management employees, maintains confidential documentation, facilitates training, and provides general guidance on policies and employment matters.

Oversee the Chicago Hub’s employee dependability program by tracking attendance, analyzing trends, conducting investigations, administering discipline, and supporting grievance hearings. Partner with unions, Human Resources, Payroll, and operational leaders to apply attendance policies, labor laws, CBAs, and privacy requirements consistently. Manage employee questions and disputes, reduce absence-related costs, prepare management presentations, and serve as an operational supervisor when needed.

Supports the Hub HR Business Partner with employee relations, investigations, onboarding, HR inquiries, records administration, leave management, union workforce support, compliance reporting, and HRIS updates. Facilitates orientations and training, processes I-9 verification through E-Verify, maintains confidential files, analyzes HR metrics, and assists with workplace accommodations and occupational injury processes. This is an onsite role at Denver International Airport supporting unionized frontline and management employees.
