Supervise passenger assistance operations (wheelchair services, baggage help, queue and security duties), schedule and train agents, ensure safety/security/compliance, coach staff, document incidents, and maintain high customer service standards.

Develop and maintain pricing and financial models, analyze labor and operations inputs, evaluate contract and station profitability, perform scenario and sensitivity analyses, support RFP and contract renewals, partner cross-functionally, build standardized tools and reports, and present executive-level recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.

Supervise and coach United Ground Express station personnel to ensure safe, efficient hub operations and excellent customer service. Manage staffing, training, incident reporting, and daily assignments while maintaining regulatory and company standards. Support a positive work environment, handle high-volume periods calmly, and perform physical tasks as needed.
