Processes purchase orders, reviews and approves vendor invoices, investigates incorrect logistics charges, requests credit notes, resolves supplier payment queries, and provides administrative support to air, sea, and road freight operations. The role requires accurate data handling, logistics cost-chain knowledge, ERP and export systems familiarity, and strong organisational, communication, and deadline-management skills.

Processes and records logistics and supply chain supplier invoices in NetSuite, generates purchase orders, maintains shipping documentation, and sends remittances. Owns creditor reconciliations, aging analyses, and supplier statement investigations while resolving discrepancies and supporting compliance with regional tax regulations. Collaborates with suppliers, Grower Accounting, and finance stakeholders across the Americas.

Supports international sales operations through order processing, fulfillment monitoring, sales reporting, customer onboarding, CRM and ERP data management, claims and credit administration, invoicing coordination, and customer support. The role collaborates with sales, finance, logistics, and operations teams, maintains accurate records, assists with audits and process improvements, and provides territory insights across global markets.
