Manage semi-monthly and monthly payroll across the Americas, administer benefits, maintain employee records, support onboarding and leave processing, respond to payroll queries, ensure compliance, prepare reports and reconciliations, and drive process improvements.

Own the full financial accounting function for international entities across Mauritius, the UK, and Australia. Responsibilities include general ledger management, financial and management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, tax and statutory compliance, audit support, reconciliations, internal controls, foreign currency accounting, and cost allocations. The role also leads and develops a Finance Officer while supporting strategic financial decision-making and stakeholder guidance.
