Coordinate end-to-end export logistics for fresh produce from Moroccan growers to Europe/UK, ensuring packing compliance, shipment planning, truck tracking, and accurate documentation. Serve as liaison between growers, packhouses, transport providers, destination agents, and internal teams, support quality monitoring during import season, and participate in travel and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support Sales Enablement by processing orders, managing customer and master data in CRM/ERP, coordinating with finance/logistics, preparing sales reports, and providing territory support across international markets.

Manage financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting for multiple farm operations. Oversee inventory controls, prepare budgets and forecasts, submit statutory returns, support audits, and provide financial analysis to farm management. Lead and develop the finance team and travel regularly between farms.
