Lead the Americas finance function for a fresh-produce export business: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash and treasury management, grower accounting and settlements, compliance and tax, audit facilitation, ERP and reporting improvements, and lead and develop the finance team to drive profitability and operational excellence.

Supports sales and supply chain teams by managing customer due diligence, grower compliance records, technical specifications, quality feedback, and customer claims. Coordinates communication among customers, account managers, growers, packhouses, product allocators, and internal stakeholders. Reviews QC reports, arranges inspections, captures data in ERP systems, maintains documentation, and follows up on downgraded or reallocated stock. Requires fruit-industry knowledge, strong administration, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Manage and validate certification and compliance documentation for licensed growers, ensure audit readiness and traceability, identify and track non-conformities, coordinate corrective actions, support audits, and maintain compliance tracking systems and reports for export market requirements.
