Oversee outbound warehouse operations including supervising pick/pack/load teams, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, coordinating carriers, maintaining shipping documentation and inventory reconciliation, enforcing quality control, and resolving discrepancies to meet on-time shipments.

Transport non-hazardous freight for LTL and FTL routes, Monday–Friday first shift. Maintain DOT compliance, inspect and operate automatic and manual vehicles, follow hours-of-service rules, pass drug/alcohol and background checks, and uphold safety and service standards.

Supervise daily warehouse/logistics operations to meet KPIs and SLAs. Lead and evaluate staff, verify time/payroll, manage workforce and policies, oversee shipping/receiving, assist with budgeting, resolve operational issues, and communicate with customers and vendors.

Serve as primary operational liaison for assigned customer accounts in a logistics environment. Coordinate appointments, shipping/receiving, inventory, billing, and reporting. Resolve operational issues, partner with warehouse and cross-functional teams, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement. Leverage WMS, reporting tools, and AI-enabled technology to streamline tasks and enhance customer service.
