Rate of Pay: $85k - $90k/yr

We're looking for an Operations Manager to join our team, where you'll lead warehouse operations, develop high-performing teams, and drive the operational excellence that supports our customers and business objectives. Success in this role means delivering strong results across safety, productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, and customer service while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced distribution environments, enjoys developing people, and can effectively balance operational performance, workforce management, and customer expectations.

Your Impact:

As an Operations Manager, you will:

  • Lead daily warehouse operations across receiving, inventory, value-added services, order fulfillment, and shipping to ensure service, productivity, and quality goals are achieved.
  • Manage, coach, and develop supervisors, leads, and associates while building a culture centered on safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Monitor operational performance metrics, labor utilization, and customer service levels, implementing proactive solutions to improve efficiency and drive results.
  • Partner with customers, warehouse leadership, and cross-functional teams to address operational challenges, support business growth, and maintain strong service performance.
  • Oversee workforce planning, staffing strategies, and labor management to optimize productivity while controlling operational costs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, efficiency, inventory accuracy, employee engagement, and overall warehouse performance.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 4+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or 3PL experience, including at least 2 years in a management role leading supervisors and frontline teams.
  • Experience managing warehouse operations, labor planning, inventory control, productivity, and customer service performance.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), operational reporting tools, Microsoft Office applications, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing labor costs, productivity metrics, and operational budgets.
  • Flexibility to support business needs, including varying schedules, peak operational periods, and critical customer situations as required.
