Supervise daily warehouse operations across receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping. Monitor productivity, quality, safety, and service metrics; coach associates; lead shift meetings; enforce operational standards; and identify process improvements. The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment, including schedule flexibility for weekends, overtime, and peak periods.

Supervise warehouse teams and daily workflows to ensure safe, efficient operations. Responsibilities include equipment readiness and safety checks, scheduling, inventory and delivery verification, quality compliance, recordkeeping, process improvement, conflict resolution, and equipment ordering.

Supports counsel in a fast-paced 3PL legal team across warehouse real estate, labor and employment, and commercial matters. Responsibilities include managing leases and due diligence, supporting employment disputes and investigations, drafting agreements and correspondence, coordinating discovery and legal holds, maintaining entity records, and tracking compliance deadlines. The role partners with legal, HR, and operations and requires strong organization, discretion, legal research, and document-management skills.
