Transport non-hazardous freight through local delivery routes using box trucks and 53-foot tractors and trailers. Perform pickup and delivery work while following DOT regulations, hours-of-service requirements, vehicle inspection procedures, and safe-driving practices. The role operates Monday through Friday on the first shift, with flexibility for changing start and end times. Drivers must maintain a safe record, provide customer service, and pass required drug, alcohol, and background checks.

Leads daily warehouse operations across receiving, inventory, fulfillment, value-added services, and shipping. Manages and develops supervisors and frontline teams while driving safety, productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, customer service, and continuous improvement. Oversees workforce planning, labor costs, operational budgets, performance metrics, and customer relationships in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Leads daily warehouse operations across receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping. Monitors productivity, quality, safety, and service metrics; adjusts processes to meet throughput and accuracy goals. Coaches and develops associates, conducts shift meetings, enforces operational standards, and drives accountability. Identifies continuous improvement opportunities while ensuring compliance with company, customer, and safety requirements.
