Lead daily warehouse operations (receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping), monitor productivity and quality metrics, coach and develop associates, enforce safety and compliance, run shift communications, and identify process improvements to boost efficiency and meet customer commitments.

Serve as the primary liaison for TMS/FMS initiatives across Transportation Operations, Brokerage, Carrier Management, Customer Success and IT. Gather and validate requirements, configure TMS/FMS features, support integrations (API/EDI/ERP/WMS/GPS), lead UAT and testing, analyze workflows for automation, troubleshoot production issues, support implementations, and produce SOPs, reports, and dashboards to improve transportation visibility and performance.

Serve as the WMS SME to gather and prioritize requirements, design/configure WMS solutions, lead testing, resolve system issues, optimize inventory and fulfillment workflows, support integrations (ERP/TMS), produce reports/KPIs, and drive training and continuous improvement.
