Leads daily warehouse operations across receiving, inventory, value-added services, fulfillment, and shipping. Manages and develops supervisors and frontline teams while driving safety, productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, customer service, workforce planning, labor-cost control, and continuous improvement. Partners with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and support business growth in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Serve as the primary liaison for TMS/FMS initiatives across Transportation Operations, Brokerage, Carrier Management, Customer Success and IT. Gather and validate requirements, configure TMS/FMS features, support integrations (API/EDI/ERP/WMS/GPS), lead UAT and testing, analyze workflows for automation, troubleshoot production issues, support implementations, and produce SOPs, reports, and dashboards to improve transportation visibility and performance.

Configure, deploy, integrate, and optimize SaaS/software platforms for customers. Gather requirements, customize and test solutions, troubleshoot issues, produce implementation documentation, train clients, and drive automation and process improvements. Collaborate with PMs, analysts, developers, and product teams and provide technical feedback to improve product offerings.
