Own and grow a major global enterprise account through onboarding, adoption, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell. Develop multi-year account strategies, deliver expansion ARR, conduct executive business reviews, coordinate cross-functional teams, identify adoption and churn trends, and maintain Salesforce forecasting. The role requires consultative enterprise account management, C-suite relationship management, complex expansion experience, and familiarity with AI/ML, SaaS, cloud, or data platforms.

Lead technical design and delivery of large-scale Agentic and Knowledge AI solutions. Own end-to-end deployments, integrations, agent workflows, and observability. Serve as primary technical contact, customize platform components, provide product feedback, mentor teams, and stay current on RAG/LLM/SLM, vector DBs, agent orchestration, fine-tuning, and security/guardrails.

Lead end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions across multiple customers and industries. Architect robust, scalable, secure systems (RAG, multi-agent, SLM/LLM, multimodal), mentor Forward Deployed Engineering teams, partner with senior customer stakeholders, define best practices and reusable frameworks, drive post-delivery optimization, and publish thought leadership while ensuring governance, observability, and compliance.
