Manage end-to-end settlement for physical commodity transactions including invoice validation, payment and receivable processing, reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, payment planning, collections monitoring, and compliance. Coordinate with traders, counterparties, brokers, operators, and finance; prepare reports and maintain settlement documentation to support operational efficiency for U.S. and international trades.

Lead and manage the company's trade finance function, ensuring compliant, efficient transaction processing, risk control, and policy/workflow improvements. Oversee trade finance team, liaise with banks and counterparts, review trade documents/contracts, monitor ERP trade finance module, and support testing/internal audit and record accuracy.

Assist traders by managing daily transactions, verifying contract reports, collaborating across departments, and preparing internal documents in a fast-paced environment.

Manage Middle Distillates physical and financial trades, P&L and market risks; develop trading opportunities and market share in the Americas; coordinate with shipping, operations, compliance, and back-office; analyze market trends and recommend strategies; ensure accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and standardized data across systems; travel internationally as required.
