Leads regional business development by prospecting for grower accounts, conducting outreach, presenting tailored agricultural solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing new business. Builds territory sales plans, attends trade events, conducts customer meetings, and partners with internal teams on onboarding. Requires extensive agribusiness sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, a driver’s license, and travel up to 50%.

Processes and reviews crop insurance applications, endorsements, and claims for accuracy, compliance, and timely submission. Verifies crop data and supporting documentation, investigates discrepancies, maintains records, monitors workflows, and enters information into business systems. Provides customer service to clients and internal teams while complying with federal and state regulations.

Oversee daily field operations, including staff and equipment scheduling, seasonal planning, crop-plan coordination, planting and harvest support, maintenance logistics, performance tracking, and safety compliance. Lead and develop field staff while driving continuous improvement and efficient execution of agronomic plans. The role requires agricultural or field operations experience, leadership skills, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with precision agriculture and farm equipment technology.

Support daily crop production and farm operations including tillage, grain cart operation, spraying, grain hauling, equipment operation and maintenance, irrigation system work, and routine equipment upkeep. Assist the Operations Manager to meet productivity and performance goals in a team-oriented farm environment.
