Support daily crop production and farm operations including tillage, grain cart operation, spraying, grain hauling, equipment operation and maintenance, irrigation system work, and routine equipment upkeep. Prepare complex federal and state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, S-corps, fiduciaries and nonprofits. Provide year-end tax planning and client consulting, support payroll tax reporting, research tax rules, review peers' work, and mentor and train junior tax preparers. Address client questions and notices and deliver technical guidance.
