Leads QA strategy and execution for web, mobile, API, frontend, and microservices products. Manages QA automation projects, test planning, defect management, quality metrics, CI/CD test integration, and stakeholder reporting. Serves as the quality gatekeeper and advocates for product fitness. Builds and mentors QA teams, conducts knowledge-transfer sessions and training, collaborates within Agile/Scrum teams, and supports client and product-development activities. Requires travel to Singapore and on-site training in Manila.

Designs, builds, and maintains secure, scalable, highly available cloud and on-premises infrastructure. Leads infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, containerization, observability, incident response, disaster recovery, security, capacity planning, and cost optimization. Collaborates with engineering and security teams, mentors engineers, supports hiring and onboarding, creates documentation, conducts knowledge-transfer sessions, and provides senior on-call escalation. The role includes Singapore and Manila training engagements, stakeholder communication, and occasional client and business-development support.

Leads the architecture, development, and optimization of scalable backend services, REST APIs, microservices, and MySQL solutions. Owns system reliability, security, performance, integrations, testing, deployment, and incident response. Sets technical standards, conducts code reviews, mentors engineers, collaborates with product and design teams, and delivers knowledge-transfer sessions and training. Requires occasional travel to Singapore and Manila for training.
