Serves as the primary liaison between business units and IT, aligning technology initiatives with business strategies. Manages client relationships, project ideation and initiation, BAU requests, requirements gathering, prioritization, budgets, resources, and delivery timelines. Prepares business cases and high-level requirements, coordinates stakeholders, negotiates priorities and resource constraints, and supports effective collaboration between business and IT teams.

Performs manual and automated testing for web, mobile, API, and microservices applications. Develops test scenarios, executes functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing, manages defects, and supports release readiness. Contributes to automation frameworks and CI/CD pipeline integration while collaborating with developers, product managers, DevOps teams, clients, and stakeholders. Drives improvements in test coverage, QA processes, documentation, and software quality within agile Scrum teams.

Gather and document business requirements for IT systems and software implementation projects. Lead workshops, maintain BRDs, BPDs, and requirements traceability matrices, define test cases, coordinate defect resolution, and support testing. Track project deliverables, risks, dependencies, timelines, and scope while collaborating with business, technical, and cross-functional stakeholders. Provide project updates and assist the Project Manager in coordinating activities through requirements, testing, and implementation.
