Monitors organizational compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and industry standards. Conducts compliance reviews, audits, risk assessments, and regulatory research; maintains documentation and reports; investigates issues; supports corrective actions, audits, and inspections; and communicates risks and recommendations to stakeholders. The role also supports compliance training, policy development, confidentiality, and collaboration across departments.

Oversee application and software development projects, coordinate stakeholders, manage developers and vendors, gather requirements, create user stories and technical documentation, and support testing, releases, and continuous improvement. The role combines project management, business analysis, systems analysis, and hands-on coding within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Leads QA strategy and execution for web, mobile, API, frontend, and microservices products. Manages QA automation projects, test planning, defect management, quality metrics, CI/CD test integration, and stakeholder reporting. Serves as the quality gatekeeper and advocates for product fitness. Builds and mentors QA teams, conducts knowledge-transfer sessions and training, collaborates within Agile/Scrum teams, and supports client and product-development activities. Requires travel to Singapore and on-site training in Manila.
