Coordinates equipment and supply availability for interventional radiology and radiology procedures across multiple campuses. Orders and receives supplies, maintains par levels and RFID inventory records, monitors expiration dates, coordinates vendor access and deliveries, supports sterile room setup, reconciles supply charges for billing, tracks repairs, and conducts inventory counts. Requires three years of radiology or materials management experience, spreadsheet and database proficiency, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Supports radiology operations by coordinating patient flow, verifying information, preparing rooms and equipment, assisting technologists with portable X-ray procedures, transporting and positioning patients, scheduling exams, maintaining supplies, and cleaning equipment. The role requires either an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency and a Massachusetts medical license. No call responsibilities are required.

Manages post-acute referrals, completes regulatory documentation (e.g., Medicare notices), communicates with care teams and providers, identifies and escalates discharge barriers, assists with insurance and community resource coordination, and maintains documentation to support patient flow and compliance.

Under supervision, prepares and delivers patient and cafeteria meals, operates dishwashing equipment, handles cashiering, maintains sanitation and safety, follows HACCP protocols, and provides courteous customer service in a fast-paced hospital food service environment.

Provide inpatient obstetric care as a dedicated laborist at Milford Regional Medical Center. Manage maternity patients, attend deliveries, perform consultations for the ED and OB/surgical teams, collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary support for high-risk patients, and work flexible 12- and 24-hour shifts in a team-based environment.

Provide security for the hospital's patients and staff, patrol the premises, report irregularities, and assist local authorities in investigations.
