Under supervision, performs food service and dish room duties in a hospital: prepares and delivers trays, operates dishwashing equipment, assists with food production/cafeteria service, handles cashiering, follows hygiene and safety protocols, and maintains a sanitary work environment.

Manage day-to-day support, implementation, upgrades, and optimization of RIS/PACS and image-based systems. Performs standard cleaning and sanitation across hospital areas: patient rooms, surgery areas, lounges, bathrooms, stairways, offices and corridors. Duties include mopping, vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting surfaces, emptying trash, burnishing and operating floor machines, pickup and transport of trash, moving furniture, and preparing rooms after patient discharge.

Design, implement, and operate secure, scalable cloud and hybrid network architectures (primarily Azure). Support connectivity (VPN, ExpressRoute), load balancing, monitoring, troubleshooting, automation (Terraform/ARM), compliance reporting, and collaborate with Cloud Architects and Security for performance and incident response.

Administer and optimize InterSystems Cache/IRIS databases for Epic EHR across production, DR, training, and reporting. Support Azure-hosted Epic migrations, configure mirroring/journaling/replication, apply upgrades/patches, maintain monitoring (System Pulse, RedAlert), perform DR testing, troubleshoot complex IRIS/Cache and Epic issues, and produce runbooks and automation to ensure availability and performance.

Support, configure, and maintain Epic client systems and related web/service servers; troubleshoot performance and integrations; participate in cloud migration tasks; collaborate with application and infrastructure teams; document procedures and operational playbooks.

Lead cloud financial management and enterprise budgeting/forecasting. Perform FinOps forecasting, billing validation, cost optimization, variance analysis, dashboarding, and partner with IS and Finance leaders. Mentor junior analysts and support budgeting systems and reporting.

Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure. Mentor engineers, automate deployments, enforce security and cost optimization, troubleshoot issues, document systems, and run disaster recovery and 24x7 on-call support.

Review clinical documentation to assign ICD-CM and CPT codes, verify documentation, resolve missing/incomplete charts, maintain ≥95% coding accuracy, participate in audits and training, communicate coding issues to management, and support documentation improvement for optimal billing compliance.

Lead the enterprise Strategic Execution Office to translate strategy into measurable execution. Oversee IT and Strategic PMOs, governance, demand management, and OCM. Drive portfolio prioritization, standardized methodologies, KPI/KBIs, resource optimization, and executive reporting. Build and mentor a high-performing team, apply Lean/Six Sigma, and enable senior leadership decision-making to ensure delivery of high-priority, cross-functional initiatives and measurable value.

Provide direct patient care for Med/Surg/Ortho patients using the nursing process from admission to discharge. Perform assessments/reassessments, develop/co‑ordinate individualized care and discharge plans, supervise and delegate nursing tasks, and evaluate care within assigned clinical setting. Maintain required certifications and adhere to nursing standards and hospital policies.

Provide direct patient care for Med/Surg/Telemetry patients using the nursing process from admission to discharge. Assess and reassess patients, develop and coordinate individualized care and discharge plans, supervise and delegate nursing care, and ensure adherence to nursing standards and unit policies.

Performs diagnostic and portable x-ray procedures in the Endoscopy Suite, prepares and positions patients, ensures radiation safety, obtains consents and patient IDs, selects technical factors and equipment per protocol, maintains cleanliness and clerical documentation, and follows department policies. Requires on-call and holiday rotation.
