Leads the Applications Training team and manages development, delivery, quality, and maintenance of Epic training curricula and environments across the healthcare organization. Oversees trainers, learning management system deployment, training schedules, onboarding, audits, performance evaluations, and curriculum updates. Partners with operational and application leaders to align training with workflows, upgrades, and organizational needs. Requires healthcare IT or adult education experience, Epic certification, instructional design expertise, strong facilitation and presentation skills, and demonstrated people leadership.

Coordinates talent acquisition onboarding and pre-employment compliance for new hires, internal transfers, and contingent workers. Responsibilities include initiating employment, education, background check, health clearance, and HR documentation; conducting onboarding appointments; monitoring completion; maintaining records; facilitating CORI pre-adverse actions; responding to recruitment inquiries; supporting regulatory audits; and coordinating new-hire start lists. The role serves new caregivers, hiring managers, HR stakeholders, and other system partners.

Lead cloud financial management and enterprise budgeting/forecasting. Perform FinOps forecasting, billing validation, cost optimization, variance analysis, dashboarding, and partner with IS and Finance leaders. Mentor junior analysts and support budgeting systems and reporting.

Coordinates equipment and supply availability for interventional radiology and radiology procedures across multiple campuses. Orders and receives supplies, maintains par levels and RFID inventory records, monitors expiration dates, coordinates vendor access and deliveries, supports sterile room setup, reconciles supply charges for billing, tracks repairs, and conducts inventory counts. Requires three years of radiology or materials management experience, spreadsheet and database proficiency, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Lead and manage the HCM applications team with a focus on Workday configuration, upgrades, vendor coordination, and cross-functional project delivery. Drive application roadmap, governance, troubleshooting, and process improvements while mentoring staff, managing KPIs, and supporting operational stakeholders in a healthcare environment.

Responsible for cleaning and maintaining hospital areas, operating cleaning equipment, and ensuring a sanitary environment for patients and staff.
