Provide patient assessments, treatments, and documentation; triage phone calls; perform vitals, visual acuity, venipuncture, 12-lead EKGs, immunizations, IVs, and CLIA lab testing; assist physicians with procedures; train and supervise clinical staff; respond to emergencies and implement patient/family education plans.

Lead enterprise quality, safety, and regulatory reporting across the health system. Oversee data submission to external agencies, drive quality measurement strategy, lead improvement and compliance initiatives, support EMR analytics and reporting, mentor staff, manage budgets and projects, and ensure alignment across clinical and operational leaders.

Performs standard cleaning and sanitation across hospital areas: patient rooms, surgery areas, lounges, bathrooms, stairways, offices and corridors. Duties include mopping, vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting surfaces, emptying trash, burnishing and operating floor machines, pickup and transport of trash, moving furniture, and preparing rooms after patient discharge.
