Provide direct patient care for Med/Surg/Ortho patients using the nursing process from admission to discharge. Perform assessments/reassessments, develop/co‑ordinate individualized care and discharge plans, supervise and delegate nursing tasks, and evaluate care within assigned clinical setting. Maintain required certifications and adhere to nursing standards and hospital policies.

Provide direct patient care for Med/Surg/Telemetry patients using the nursing process from admission to discharge. Assess and reassess patients, develop and coordinate individualized care and discharge plans, supervise and delegate nursing care, and ensure adherence to nursing standards and unit policies.

Performs diagnostic and portable x-ray procedures in the Endoscopy Suite, prepares and positions patients, ensures radiation safety, obtains consents and patient IDs, selects technical factors and equipment per protocol, maintains cleanliness and clerical documentation, and follows department policies. Requires on-call and holiday rotation.
