Supports Product Development and Sustainment management through administrative coordination, reporting, project documentation, meeting scheduling, procurement, event planning, and change-management activities. The role is onsite and requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, adaptability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with medical devices, project support, Smartsheet, Oracle, and Agile is advantageous.

Manage and grow a dental-product sales territory in the Bentonville, Arkansas area. Responsibilities include building relationships with dental practices, prospecting for customers, expanding existing accounts, meeting sales quotas, and presenting innovative products. The role requires strong closing, organization, adaptability, and at least 25% travel, including company trainings and industry events. Dental sales or clinical experience is advantageous, while a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Analyzes, models, and improves manufacturing and supply chain business processes. Leads cross-functional transformation initiatives, tracks process metrics, supports COGS improvements, evaluates enterprise systems, and standardizes workflows across manufacturing, logistics, and planning. Partners with business, IT, and subject matter experts to implement process improvements and maintain a centralized process repository.
