Teams at Ultradent Products

Manage product sustainment projects involving changes to existing medical devices and processes. Coordinate cross-functional teams, project risks, timelines, budgets, quality requirements, regulatory compliance, design history file updates, stakeholder communications, launch planning, and quality-system documentation. The role requires collaboration with business, marketing, and technical teams while ensuring compliance with FDA and ISO standards.

Coordinates and executes product development and sustainment programs, supporting project managers across the R&D portfolio. Oversees scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, communications, stakeholder alignment, and performance metrics. Guides discovery initiatives, ensures compliance with quality systems and regulations, evaluates program effectiveness, reports to leadership, and supports successful product launches and process improvements.

Leads global product education strategy and delivery for internal and external stakeholders. Designs education programs, aligns regional teams, supports academic and professional partnerships, and coordinates academy presence at international events, congresses, webinars, and digital platforms. Requires strong presentation, collaboration, global coordination, and dental or healthcare product education experience. International travel of up to 20% is expected.
