Investigates equipment and manufacturing issues, improves processes, analyzes production results, supports equipment start-up, works with vendors, and provides occasional on-call production support.

Supports highly automated battery-cell manufacturing through equipment design, modification, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, preventive solutions, and continuous improvement. The role monitors machine uptime, analyzes production data, develops equipment documentation and work instructions, supports production and maintenance teams, coordinates personnel activities, and ensures safety and environmental compliance. Requires on-call support and collaboration with engineers, vendors, customers, and cross-functional teams.

Supports automated battery-cell manufacturing equipment through continuous improvement, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, uptime optimization, documentation, and preventive solutions. Collaborates with production, process engineering, maintenance, vendors, and other teams to resolve technical issues, improve productivity, analyze production data, and maintain safety and environmental compliance. Provides occasional on-call support and coordinates production, maintenance, and inspection activities.
