Supports automated battery-cell manufacturing equipment through continuous improvement, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, uptime optimization, documentation, and preventive solutions. Collaborates with production, process engineering, maintenance, vendors, and other teams to resolve technical issues, improve productivity, analyze production data, and maintain safety and environmental compliance. Provides occasional on-call support and coordinates production, maintenance, and inspection activities.

Supports assembly process technology in a highly automated lithium-ion battery manufacturing environment. Programs, tests, modifies, and troubleshoots Siemens PLC-based automation and controls systems. Integrates robotics, servo motion, barcode/RFID, ultrasonic welding, vision, weighing, and gas sampling systems. Investigates equipment and manufacturing issues, improves processes, analyzes production results, supports equipment start-up, works with vendors, and provides occasional on-call production support.
