Develop, design, document, release, and support mobile SDKs for iOS and Android. Architect scalable backend services, collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners, drive engineering best practices, and contribute to long-term product strategy and developer community enablement.

Design, build, and operate the cloud infrastructure layer (GCP, networking, Kubernetes, IaC) to ensure secure, scalable, cost-efficient platform services. Define IaC standards, improve reliability and observability, manage secrets and IAM, lead incident response, drive cost optimization, and collaborate across teams to shape infrastructure strategy and developer-facing patterns.

Build and maintain full-stack product features, backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and AI integrations to transform customer interaction data into AI-powered experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and support production systems, internal tools, and user-facing interfaces. Own ambiguous problems end-to-end and raise engineering quality across the data and AI platform.

Run technical discovery with customers, design and build end-to-end data integrations into Spiral, implement ingestion code and infra-as-code, operate orchestration and monitoring, reconcile and backfill data, and own post-go-live schema and feed changes while collaborating with Sales and CX teams.

Lead and manage an engineering team building scalable, real-time cloud contact center products. Drive technical and architectural decisions, prioritize work with product, triage production issues, run on-call escalations, recruit and develop engineers, and ensure team performance and career growth.

Lead UJET's Core Infrastructure team to design, deploy, and maintain cloud services, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability while mentoring team members and collaborating across departments.
