Design, operate, and evolve production GCP infrastructure, including GKE clusters, networking, IAM, shared services, and Terraform automation. Troubleshoot complex Kubernetes, Linux, networking, DNS, and distributed-systems issues; improve observability, security, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency. Lead upgrades, migrations, architecture improvements, technical reviews, and mentorship while partnering with Platform Engineering, SRE, and Security teams.

Own and evolve UJET’s data platform, including MySQL CDC replication to BigQuery, dbt transformations, Terraform infrastructure, pipelines, data quality, observability, and Looker models. Build reliable, analytics-ready datasets and trusted metrics for internal and customer-facing reporting. Partner with Analytics, Finance, Product, and Engineering to deliver scalable data solutions, improve platform reliability, optimize performance and costs, and establish development standards and guardrails.

Deploy and troubleshoot complex enterprise software integrations for customers using APIs, lightweight code, logs, and AI-powered virtual-agent configurations. Translate requirements into production-ready solutions, develop scripts and proofs of concept, validate AI responses, resolve technical issues, support testing and launches, and collaborate with customers, architects, engineering, product, and support teams. The role also creates reusable integration patterns, documentation, and deployment tooling for future programs.
