Serve as the Chief Growth Officer’s strategic operator, leading GTM execution across Sales, Marketing, Channel, Customer Success, Product, and Finance. Own revenue operations, pricing, deal governance, forecasting, territory and quota planning, data unification, HubSpot architecture, executive dashboards, pipeline optimization, and Q2C processes. Manage a HubSpot Administrator, improve commercial analytics, establish operating cadence, and deploy AI-enabled workflows across the GTM technology stack.

Lead UJET’s FP&A function by overseeing budgeting, forecasting, spend management, SaaS and GTM analytics, investor and Board reporting, capital strategy, and financial modeling. Modernize FP&A systems with automation and AI, optimize cloud, software, workforce, and operating expenses, establish performance metrics and data governance, improve monthly close collaboration, and standardize scalable financial procedures while partnering with Finance, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and leadership.

Lead UJET's Core Infrastructure team to design, deploy, and maintain cloud services, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability while mentoring team members and collaborating across departments.
