Requires collaboration with district leadership and management of multiple complex educational initiatives.

Supports 3–11-year-old students in an after-school enrichment program by delivering lesson plans, organizing activities, supervising children, managing classroom behavior, ensuring safety, providing basic caregiving, tracking attendance in Brightwheel, and communicating with parents and supervisors. Activities include academics, fitness, arts and music, and STEM. The role serves children with and without disabilities in an inclusive setting.

Provides on-call classroom coverage by supervising students, following lesson plans, adapting instruction, implementing behavior plans, providing basic caregiving, and maintaining safe, inclusive learning environments.
