Oversee virtual school enrollment, student records, family engagement, technology onboarding, scheduling, reporting, office operations, inventory, payroll coordination, and compliance. Provide administrative support to the principal, assist families with resources and virtual learning access, coordinate therapy and student services, manage attendance and records, support staff onboarding, and liaise with HR, IT, risk management, educators, and service providers.

Leads implementation of a Community School strategy at a UCP charter school campus. Coordinates expanded learning, student and family supports, university and community partnerships, family engagement, grant-funded resources, data collection, reporting, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with school leaders, educators, families, universities, and service providers to improve attendance, academic success, wellness, and student outcomes.

Lead and launch two UCP initiatives: serve as principal for a virtual immersive academy and plan/operationalize a Career Academy. Responsibilities include compliance, staffing, curriculum collaboration, enrollment growth, outreach, operations coordination, data-driven improvement, and supervising staff to create inclusive, innovative learning environments.

Support a group of 12-18 children (ages 3-11) delivering academic, fitness, arts/music and STEM activities. Prepare materials, supervise groups, manage classroom behavior, record attendance in Brightwheel, communicate with parents/site coordinator, perform basic caregiving duties, and follow safety and discipline policies.

Support groups of 12-18 children (ages 3-11) by delivering lesson plans and enrichment activities (academic, fitness, arts/music, STEM). Organize materials, supervise and assist during group/individual instruction, enforce classroom management and discipline policies, handle sign-in/out via Brightwheel, communicate parent concerns, provide basic caregiving (diapering, feeding, hygiene), and perform other duties as assigned.

Provide on-call classroom coverage: follow lesson plans, supervise students in-class and during transitions, implement behavior and individual care plans, assist multidisciplinary team communication, and ensure compliance with childcare and agency regulations. Perform basic caregiving and maintain positive staff/parent interactions.

Support the Development Team in nonprofit fundraising and events: solicit auction items, perform database entry, pair families with donors, recruit volunteers/readers, and assist with campaigns and special events. Provide hands-on experience across fundraising, volunteer coordination, and donor relations over a semester-long placement.
