Support the Development Team in nonprofit fundraising and events: solicit auction items, perform database entry, pair families with donors, recruit volunteers/readers, and assist with campaigns and special events. Support the HR team via job shadowing and hands-on tasks in benefits administration, ACA audits, workers' compensation incident reporting, FMLA/leave management, and HRIS tracking. Learn enrollments, eligibility checks, audits, and compliance with leave laws while developing communication, interpersonal, and administrative HR skills.
