Support and supervise a group of 12–18 children ages 3–11 in after-school enrichment activities (academic, fitness, arts/music, STEM). Prepare materials, deliver lesson plans, manage classroom behavior, assist with basic caregiving (diapering, feeding), record attendance in Brightwheel, communicate with parents and Site Coordinator, and follow safety and discipline policies.

Provide leadership and guidance for MTSS Tier 2 and Tier 3 behavior interventions. Conduct FBAs, create BIPs, collect and graph behavior data, model and train staff and behavior coaches, attend IEP/MTSS meetings, implement crisis interventions and ensure compliance with laws and reporting. Deliver professional development and support behavior coach schedules and fidelity monitoring.

Provide campus-wide behavior supports including FBAs, BIPs, data-driven interventions, teacher coaching, crisis response, staff supervision, and compliance with Medicaid and grant documentation to improve student behavioral and social-emotional outcomes.

Provide on-call classroom coverage by following lesson plans, managing behavior, supervising students in all school areas, implementing individual behavior plans, performing basic caregiving tasks, and coordinating with therapists, teachers, staff, and parents while ensuring compliance with relevant state and federal regulations.

Lead and coordinate after-school, tutoring, mentoring, and summer enrichment programs at a UCP Charter School campus. Oversee 21st CCLC alignment (if applicable), provide direct small-group instruction, manage program logistics and staffing, engage families and community partners, track participation and program outcomes, and support attendance and student engagement initiatives.

Lead and coordinate educational technology systems, student device lifecycle, digital learning platforms, and innovation initiatives across the charter school consortium. Supervise technology coaches, manage device deployments and inventories, integrate platforms with SIS, support assessment readiness, and deliver training to staff to ensure technology aligns with instructional and operational needs.

Serve as UCP's ambassador to build and steward community relationships, recruit and manage volunteers, cultivate sponsors and donors, coordinate events and silent auction procurement, and track engagement in the donor/volunteer database to grow philanthropic and in-kind support.
