Provide leadership for campus behavior services including assessments, FBAs, BIPs, staff coaching, social skills instruction, crisis response, and oversight of behavior support staff. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and teams (IEP, MTSS/PBIS) to implement proactive, evidence-based interventions, ensure documentation and Medicaid billing compliance, and build staff capacity to improve student outcomes.

Develops and implements specific projects: creates written project plans, tracks outcomes/metrics, submits monthly reports, and performs related duties. Works independently and collaboratively, applying strong communication, organization, problem-solving, decision-making, and team leadership skills.

Provide on-call classroom coverage, follow teacher directions and lesson plans, manage student behavior, supervise students across settings, assist with caregiving tasks, implement behavior plans, and coordinate with multidisciplinary team while ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.
