Support the Development Team in nonprofit fundraising and events: solicit auction items, perform database entry, pair families with donors, recruit volunteers/readers, and assist with campaigns and special events. Provide hands-on experience across fundraising, volunteer coordination, and donor relations over a semester-long placement.

Greet visitors and answer phones, provide front-desk customer service, manage calendars and conference rooms, perform general administrative tasks (correspondence, fax/scan/copy, supply ordering), track and report classroom attendance for compliance, coordinate substitutes, maintain compliance binders, and support campus operations.

Develops and implements specific projects: creates written project plans, tracks outcomes/metrics, submits monthly reports, and performs related duties. Works independently and collaboratively, applying strong communication, organization, problem-solving, decision-making, and team leadership skills.
