Teams at UCP of Central Florida

Provide leadership and guidance for MTSS Tier 2 and Tier 3 behavior interventions. Conduct FBAs, create BIPs, collect and graph behavior data, model and train staff and behavior coaches, attend IEP/MTSS meetings, implement crisis interventions and ensure compliance with laws and reporting. Deliver professional development and support behavior coach schedules and fidelity monitoring.

Provide campus-wide behavior supports including FBAs, BIPs, data-driven interventions, teacher coaching, crisis response, staff supervision, and compliance with Medicaid and grant documentation to improve student behavioral and social-emotional outcomes.

Provide on-call classroom coverage by following lesson plans, managing behavior, supervising students in all school areas, implementing individual behavior plans, performing basic caregiving tasks, and coordinating with therapists, teachers, staff, and parents while ensuring compliance with relevant state and federal regulations.
