Design and program electrical control systems including control panel layouts, PLC and HMI programming, BOM development, testing and commissioning. Support proposals, estimates, vendor coordination, and ensure deliverables meet scope, schedule, and budget. Travel 10-15% as needed.

Design and support electrical power distribution systems including arc flash, short-circuit, load-flow, and protective device coordination studies; prepare estimates and proposals; vet subcontractor/supplier designs; assist commissioning and support field/service teams. Coordinate standards, maintain estimating tools, and travel ~10–20% to meet project objectives.

Support field sales by researching and standardizing service parts, responding to product and parts inquiries, processing part additions and pricing requests, entering and updating orders and customer master data, resolving warranty and emergency orders, expediting past-due invoices, and improving departmental processes.

Serve as subject-matter expert for plate-and-frame filter press products. Lead product development and improvements, manage projects and direct reports to meet schedule, budget, and performance goals, provide engineering support for design, analysis, manufacturing and testing, and produce compliant documentation. Use CAD (SolidWorks preferred) and Microsoft Office. Travel 5-10%.

Lead UCC's mobile equipment program: generate sales pipeline, develop proposals and contracts, coordinate cross-functional execution, manage channel partners, support marketing and trade shows, and travel with sales to close equipment-focused projects in the industrial water/wastewater sector.
