Zoho and JobTread experience is preferred.

Provides internal technical support for employees by resolving hardware, software, network, account, and connectivity issues. Configures and maintains computers, mobile devices, printers, operating systems, and business applications. Manages user access and onboarding, tracks IT assets and licenses, documents solutions, coordinates escalations with vendors, and promotes basic security awareness. Requires at least three years of IT support experience and familiarity with Windows or macOS, business software, and fundamental networking.

Leads client transformation initiatives spanning automation, AI, technology integration, and process redesign. Discovers and quantifies opportunities, designs and validates solutions, leads implementation and adoption, and measures business outcomes. Coordinates multidisciplinary technical, operational, commercial, and external teams while developing roadmaps, business cases, governance, and reusable capabilities. The role also leads DevOps and engineering resources, ensures solution stability and security, and supports scalable commercial offerings.

Drive B2B client acquisition by defining target audiences, building prospect lists, developing and executing multichannel campaigns, and optimizing performance through testing and analysis. Manage campaigns across LinkedIn, paid search, email, organic content, and other digital channels while partnering with Sales, creative teams, and external providers. Track lead quality, conversion, cost per lead, and qualified pipeline contribution to improve marketing and sales alignment.

Provide high-level, confidential administrative and strategic support to the CEO: manage calendar, email, meetings, travel, stakeholder communications, research, reports, and special projects while prioritizing tasks and maintaining professionalism.
